Step into our beautiful beach retreat just a 3 minute walk from the beach! Inside are 3 large bedrooms- each with their own TV and private bathroom attached as well as an additional half-bath on the main level. Play pool or ping pong on our convertible dining room table! The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need including a Kuerig coffee maker and complimentary k- cups. Hang out in the backyard which comes with a charcoal grill, yard games and 3 relaxing sitting areas; perfect for family get-togethers!


On the first floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a queen size mattress as well as a small sofa that provides a cozy spot to read a book and look out to the backyard. Adjacent, will find a private bathroom with a shower. On this level you will also find a full-size washer and dryer that will easily accommodate the entire family.


Making your way up to the main level of the home you will find a large and inviting living room with newly added furniture including a couch that pulls out to a full size bed, for extra sleeping arrangements and an electric fireplace to keep you cozy. The dining area has a large dining table which can be converted into a pool table or ping pong table for even more entertainment. In the front of the living area, there is an office surrounded by large windows that fill the room with natural light, giving you the perfect spot to work from. From the office area you can access the small balcony that overlooks the beach.


As you make your way up to the third level of the house you will find two large bedrooms. The queen bedroom, which has a combination shower/tub and plenty of storage space throughout the room for your things. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and walk-in closet, as well as a spacious bathroom with a dual vanity and an overly large walk in shower that is the highlight of our home in our honest opinion!


Our home also has an attached one-car garage, where you will find all you need for a relaxing day at the beach. In the back of the house, you will discover a large private fenced-in backyard with 3 relaxing seating areas and brand new yard games to provide you with hours of entertainment. Located just a block away, there is a public boat launch which also has a kayak/canoe launch point for those that enjoy spending their time out on the water.
