Enjoy fishing at the pond or play pickleball, all within walking/biking distance. Plus, Bear Lake State Park, Hunter’s Point, and Bear Lake West Golf Course are all within a six-mile radius. Spend a day swimming in turquoise waters, hiking hidden trails, observing local wildlife, and playing a leisurely round of golf surrounded by mountain scenes. Rent a 4x4 UTV and explore the nearby trails. In the colder months, Beaver Mountain Ski Area (14 miles) offers skiing and snowboarding for winter sports enthusiasts.

Of course, there’s no shortage of family-friendly activities when staying closer to home. Take advantage of the provided kayaks and paddleboards to explore the lake directly outside your door. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
