Parking is either street parking in the front or parking in the driveway off the back alleyway of the home.



The Neighborhood:

With close access to the airport, grocery, coffee shops, and just a few minutes into downtown the Spenard neighborhood is a great choice to make for a hub during your stay in Anchorage.



Getting Around:

Rental car or vehicle is recommended, but there is Taxi, Uber, Lyft service usually available 24 hours a day in Anchorage as well.



Other Things to Note:

We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
