Misrepresentation From Host
Photos of the property are not the property they advertised. Was told by property management a story that it was a computer glitch..not. They moved to the correct property and the unit was not clean and did not represent the advertisement. Two appliances did not work. Host is named Victoria and she never return a single call to assist. Value? Well, without the above I was ok with. Truth is, we deserve to be compensated at some amount as it really dampened the experience. As a working family, it was tough to save the money to go. We picked the property based on the photos and advertised descriptions. It was disappointing. Rent at your own risk. BYW…still have not heard from Victoria. Can you imagine?
