Our 2 Villas and 2 Casitas offer one king bed for 2 adults total Each suite is priced separately or rent 4 suites, eight total adults.
Each, suite range from $400 - $375 per night, smaller suites $300-$250 per night. If there's 8 adults all four suites together is $1325/nt

Casablanca is located on beautiful Gavilan Beach, situated near the new Kimpton Hotel.
Cerritos surf/swim beach and San Pedrito surf break
Cerritos Beach has numerous bars and restaurants on the beach live music, surf, swim, boogie boarding and board rentals.

10-minute drive to the Historic Downtown Todos Santos and Famous Hotel California. Todos Santos historical town has many charming shops, historical buildings, numerous galleries, restaurants, and many outdoor activities to choose from. The locals are very friendly, and most speak English.

Casablanca is 6500 sq ft with over 20,000 sq ft of beachfront construction with our fabulous outdoor Tiki bar

Casablanca Villa offers 2 large Villas and 2 smaller Casitas, each priced separately. They may be booked individually or together, pending availability. The property has a massive infinity pool, beach access, and a 1000 sq ft Tiki Bar. Each Villa has a private entrance and private parking. Please read the full description below before booking. Please remember this is an Adults Only venue.
Each Villa/Casita can only accommodate 2 adults in each suite. Up to eight adults total in the four rentals.
Grand infinity pool is heated December to June.

West Wing Casita $250/night (650 sq. ft) $85. maids' departure fee paid at check -in. No Kitchen
South Wing Casita $300/night (950 sq. ft) $125. maids' departure fee, paid in cash at check in.
Grand East Villa $375/night (1800 sq. ft) $150. maids' departure fee, paid in cash at check in.

Amazing Beachfront Compound

Stayed a week in this beautiful oceanfront compound with three of our couple friends. The villas and casitas are well stocked and we had so much fun having cocktails in the Tiki bar each afternoon. Julie is a great host and a wealth of information about the area.

Best Stay Ever!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Julie’s beautiful home. Tour space have everything we needed for a comfortable, care free stay, Julie made us feel right at home and provided great recommendations for things to do and amazing places to eat. We highly recommend Coyotes, Barracuda’s and the Green Room. We will definitely be back!

Incredible property and location

This property is absolutely stunning. The owner of the property is friendly, helpful and an excellent guide to the area. You're minutes away from Pescadero and Cerritos restaurants and shops and only 15 minutes from Todos Santos (if you ever want to leave the beautiful property). The property is spacious, immaculately clean and everything you could ask for to relax.

Paradise in Baja

We love the location and the comfort of our unit. The bed is amazing and we love our deck lounging area. Perfect to watch the sunset and whale watch. We listen to the sound of the surf all day & night. El Pescadero has amazing restaurants- fresh fish, really anything you would want. The area is very laid back and friendly. Perfect location to unwind.

Most beautiful place ever!

We came here to celebrate my husband's 35th birthday with some friends and couldn't have loved this place more! It was truly paradise. Julie was so wonderful with her recommendations and she has built the most beautiful getaway! Beautiful Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and relaxed at this beautiful location. We watched whales from the deck (wish we brought binoculars!). Don’t forget to bring cash (150.00) for cleaning fee. The place is spacious, the kitchen is well stocked (bring coffee) and we found no reason to leave, going for morning walks and preparing meals to enjoy on the deck. Will definitely be back. Julie is easy to reach and very accommodating. Great trip!

Spectacular

Julie was so great at communicating with perfect directions and was quick to reply to any questions I had. This place is the ultimate relaxation. The suites are gorgeous, equipped with everything you need and really feels like a home away from home. Can’t wait to come back in a couple months to do it all over again. Paradise, absolute paradise

Book this. You won’t regret it. Julie is not only one of the loveliest people we got to meet here in the baja, but she gave us a free upgrade to a larger unit and supplied us with all the tips we needed for the area. The place itself is VERY clean, which my clean freak husband loved. The views of the unit, the pool, the various places to lounge about were so inviting and immaculate. The location is perfect, great daily walk to Cerritos beach and very friendly neighbourhood. We look forward to making this our spot when we return. Thank you Julie!

Fantastic Location

Julies property is nothing short of spectacular. We had the Grand East room and both smaller casitas for a 50th birthday party. We were all able to gather comfortably in the larger room and on various parts of the property. There are so many locations to relax and chill, not to mention the near private beach that is just steps away. We were fortunate during our stay to see whales every day and was even privy to a few humbacks scrapping their barnacles off at the break. Truly a fantastic trip and we are already planning our return :)

Already talking about returning

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Casa Blanca. Julie made getting there easy and met us to show us all of the features the first afternoon. She also helped me arrange a massage on our patio. The unit we rented was huge and gorgeous, and we would definitely want to return. The pool, gym, and excellent Wi-Fi make it a great option for working remotely also. Thanks again, Julie!

Great stay

Julie is a fantastic host. She had everything ready when we arrived and walked us through things answering any question we might have had before we asked it. She gave great recommendations for restaurants and local things to do and see. The home is beautiful and even with all 3 areas occupied there was plenty of privacy. The beach is amazing and you can walk as far as you can see in both directions from the house and only see a few people. We felt like we had the place to ourselves. The pool is beautiful and the pool side palapas were more than comfortable. It was a wonderful stay.

Slice of Paradise

If you're lucky enough to find availability at Casablanca, then you should immediately book and not look back -- it'll be the best decision you've made in a long time. We visited [three women // each to our own casita] Julie's wonderful property and it was everything [plus more] than we had anticipated. The outstanding accommodations, the amazing view, the incredibly luxurious pool, the sandy beach... Pure Bliss. Thank you, Julie, and we'll see you again!

Ten star property

Five stars simply aren’t enough for this property. Literally the best property I’ve ever stayed in. Breathtaking location and view. Sumptuously appointed suite. Gorgeous pool and lounge areas! Luxurious bed, linens, pillows, and blanket. So cozy snuggling up in this great bed listening to the waves. Extras provided of everything you might have forgotten or needed. Great hostess who arranged a fabulous massage for us and gave us outstanding restaurant recommendations. Can’t say enough great things about our stay. Can’t wait to go back!

A wonderful, relaxing get away

My partner Steve and I had a super time at Casablanca. It is just as beautiful as it looks and the pounding surf so relaxing to listen to day and night. We did lots of long beach walks, enjoyed the terrace morning and night (beautiful sunsets) and the spectacular pool. Even the dogs are awesome part of the experience who love to come along on walks. This is a real home away from home. We spent the first week of our holiday at a resort in Cabo and wished we spent both weeks at Julie's. This is a place we hope to return to again and again. Lovely meeting you Julie. See you again next year!

What a treat!

My husband and i live in Cabo San Lucas and love little get away's to Todos Santos and Cerritos. We have stayed at 1/2 a dozen places and this is, by far our favorite. its is comfortable, clean, decorated really nicely. We sat on the lovely view deck and soaked up the sunset with wine and cheese. Later that evening after a great dinner in Todos Santos, we returned and walked down to the beach (Directly in front of the Casita) after watching the waves crash , we relaxed on the loungers under the Palapa and watched shooting stars. Julie and Deacon were incredibly accommodating. this is just a sweet place!

Unbelievable private luxury space on Baja beach

I am almost reluctant to review as I don’t want word to get out about this wonderful spot. The pictures on the VRBO site don’t do it justice. We stayed a week and took over all four spaces, it was perfect. Unmatched views, beautiful pool, so many spaces in which to lounge and dream while looking out at the ocean, and a practically empty beach. Julie is a wonderful host, we had all the info we needed and a quick response to every question. She also set us up with a fantastic private chef, and heavenly massages on site. Beds so comfortable, stocked kitchens and bathrooms with everything you could possibly need, our whole week was perfection. Thank you Julie!
