Charming 2/2 Townhome: Private Etrnce, patio, pool

The space
Do you seek a quiet stay? Our community is safe and quiet. Enjoy the chirping of the crickets.

What about greenery and tropical landscaping? Think about sipping coffee listening to the birds in the morning in my lush tropical patio garden.

Inside you’ll find a bohemian feels - lux eccentric art - but best of all a cozy haven to relax and unwind.

Other things to note
All trash must go INSIDE the dumpsters on property. There are sliding doors on two sides of the trash receptacles.

Please USE the COASTERS for cups to save the antique wood in the home.

Recycling is not available on property but we do have a center about 2 miles down Curlew road in Dunedin.

Dogs must be on leash. There are big grassy, open, common areas to walk pets. They ask we don’t walk them in front of other townhome doors. Please pick up after your pet. (The HOA is strict because we have had issues with previous renters. Neighbors will complain, ring cameras see everything, fines have been issued.)

Please take shoes off at the door. Helps keep sand at a minimum.

There’s a hose to shower off feet, beach chairs, etc that you may use. Shake towels outside.

There are two beach chairs out on the lanai and specific towels for the beach your use.

If you love gardening or simply like my landscaping. Feel free to water my plants (FL is dry) as they would be most appreciative.

Loud music to minimum after ten to keep the neighbors happy.

Pool is self supervised / rules posted on the wall. Please stack furniture under the roof after use.

Patio cushions are made for the outdoors but do get dirty/wet. Please put them away on lanai if not using for extended period to help keep them nice for future use.

Shower has a tool hanging on the back of the shower wall to pick up the fashion drain cover and clean the screen.

TV usage - two remotes… power the tv on with the larger remote. Input changes your HDMI channels to whichever streaming device fits your fancy. Here we are streaming through an Amazon firestick - use the smaller remote and click home to get you to any streaming apps. Then you may log in!

Publix, CVS, Beals/lots of shopping with a few miles in any given direction.

HOA does require a background check that is 100$ per adult. There are also 3 forms that need signatures: tenant info, applicant form, and ToC community rules checklist. These are for occupancy formalities, in case of natural disaster ie hurricanes, only to let them them know who resides in what unit/ lease dates, etc. All legal and binding lease details are through vrbo ONLY. I will cover all details with you but please note these are necessary for your stay to keep our community safe, happy, quiet.
