At this large and spacious beachfront condo, located on the third floor of the coveted Mykonos Bay Resort.
This condo features a large balcony with Mexican style table and chairs for memorable dinning overlooking the Sea of Cortez.
Each of the bedrooms features a very comfortable California king size bed, private bathroom with shower.
Each bedroom opens to a balcony overlooking miles and miles of sandy beaches to relax and unwind with the sound of waves in the background.

Mykonos Bay Resort had everything of a good hotel- beachfront, pool, pickleball court, easy parking, security—but with 2 bedrooms 2 baths and a kitchen, it was ideal for 4 of us. Great location halfway between Cabo San Lucas (a tickey-tacky town, glad to not stay there, but you need the marina for water excursions) and San Jose del Cabo (much nicer, better restaurants, fabulous art walk Thursday nights). 15 min drive to the 2 best snorkeling beaches of Chilleno and Santa Maria. Apt was large and sunny, clean and bright, beautiful views, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer that works really well!. Even had 4 beach chairs which saved us from renting on the beach. Only requests for next time would be a toaster, some shower soap bars, and a beach umbrella. Host is very responsive and nicely solved a small towel issue we had. We would def stay again and highly recommend!

Peaceful and quiet resort

The stay at Mykonis was good, some dishes need to be replaced, bathrooms need painting and a couple tiles recemented down. Also newer patio furniture. Was quiet and peaceful which I needed to relax.

Absolutely breathtaking view

The location and view is unbelievable from the condo. That alone makes this a fantastic vacation rental. Located on the 3rd floor, it catches a good breeze and of course the sounds of the waves and wind in the palm trees! It's a little ways out of the main part of the town. I stayed here with my family (5 of us) over the Christmas holiday. The pools are salt water, so no chlorine smell which is wonderful. Also we liked that one of the pools was heated to about 75 degrees. There is an 'adults only' pool, and the hot tub is for over 18 years old only. The condo was well appointed with bedding, towels, beach toys, kitchen utensils and appliances. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the advertised sleeping sofa in the living room has a very uncomfortable mattress. There's an air bed in the closet but no way to inflate it. So really, at this point I would say it sleeps 4 in the 2 bedrooms only, not 6. The bedrooms have very comfortable king sized beds. The building seems to be well constructed so sound from other condos was not an issue. The condo has some minor typical wear showing, but not enough to deter a wonderful stay. It would have been useful to have a notebook in the condo of information about the area--buses, how to get a taxi, where to buy food, nearby restaurants, how to work the television, good beaches, condo water situation, where to take the trash and recycling, etc. We had to figure all that out. But, the US based owner was easy to contact and very helpful and forthcoming with information. The hotel (Krystal Grand) next store is now all inclusive, so you can't eat in their restaurant unless you pay the daily resort fee of $95/person. Closest place to eat is Zippers down the beach. Did not eat there, but heard it's good 'bar food'. La Comer is a nice big grocery store, costs $10 US to get there in a taxi. Most people rent cars as taxis are expensive. It was all gringo families and older retirees staying in this complex, but out on the beach and in the town you will get a full cultural experience. Jose del Cabo is a wonderful town with super friendly people! I highly recommend this town and condo for a wonderful vacation.

Great!!

Had a great experience in this charming condo. Alex was easy to work with and his condo is well-equipped and spotless. The picture shows the view of the beautiful grounds and beach. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful location and condo

We enjoyed this place very much. The condo was furnished nicely and the view is beautiful. You might want to check with Alex if the elevator is running. It was not in operation while we were there. This really wasn't a problem for us -- it's only 2 flights up; but if you are bringing elderly guests, it might be an issue. Otherwise our stay was wonderful.

Great location, wonderful view, and comfortable condo.

We enjoyed our stay and Alex, the owner was great to coordinate with. The location is right on a great beach walking distance to a great surf spot and with wonderful sea views. The pools onsite are very nice too. The condo is spacious, clean and comfortable and is stocked with pretty much everything you need plus some fun and handy beach accessories including body boards, beach chairs, and some snorkeling gear. Definitely would stay here again.

Excellent Trip !!

My friends and I visited Mykonos Bay resorts in mid-may of 2016. In the weeks following up to arrival Mr. Alex lemon , the owner, was extremely accommodating and always willing to help. Through out entirety of the trip that continued, he insured every aspect of the rental was professionally taken care of. The rental itself came well equipped with everything needed to have a great Mexico vacation. (Fridge, cooktops, coffee maker, blender, beach equipment, etc) All of the funeriture was in great condition: beds, couches, indoor and patio tables. (as one would expect) Moving to the exterior aspect Of the resort; the grounds were well maintained,pools were clean, and there was excess seating. For those who prefer the ocean water to pool this is an excellent spot. Located right next to Cabo San Lucas' "surf beach" the waves are high and the rip-tide is non-existent. From a locational stand point Mykonos bay is located inbetween downtown cabo San Lucas and the suburb of San Jose del Cabo. It is a short walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and some shopping. This provides and excellent split between the nightlife of cabo San Lucas and a relaxing aspects of San Jose. All in all, this rental is a location that I would recommend to friends and family alike !!! Brandon

Great vacation!

I've stayed at Mykonos about half a dozen times and this is my first time renting this unit. I definitely hope it won't be the last :) The condo is lovely - very bright and colorful. The condo is spacious and it was very clean. It isn't very updated, but that's fine, it did everything it needed to do (clean stove, great/cold refrigerator, good microwave, lots of cooking utensils and dishware. The laundry room had a TON of beach stuff (beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board). Both bedrooms have a balcony - which is rare for two bedrooms in A building. The Mykonos grounds are lovely - safe and secure. the view from the beach was fabulous. My favorite thing to do was have coffee on the balcony in the morning and enjoy a lovely dinner on the balcony at night. Can't wait to come back!

Serene space, spectacular sunrises and sensational surf!

This place is a lovely two bedroom spacious place. It is clean and well maintained. The large bedrooms with king size beds, fans and AC were great. The second washroom and balcony provided additional privacy for the three of us. The eastern exposure provides you with the opportunity to enjoy the spectacular sun rises and moon rises. We enjoyed being lulled to sleep by the roar of the continuous surf as it hit the shore. The owner was quick to accommodate our travel needs before we arrived and while we were staying in this place he was easily accessible through the VRBO email. The place is well equipped with most everything we needed.There is an abundance of dishes, towels, blankets, pillows .... We especially appreciated the washer/dryer and the access to Apple TV. The complex with its multiple pools (hot tub, warm pool and cool pool) offered us a variety of experiences to enjoy the pools throughout the day and evening. We met several residents, some who are owners, others who, like us were renting for a brief period. All were friendly. We enjoyed walking along the beach to dinner. Restaurants in both directions offered live music, delicious food and refreshing drinks. We swam, danced, read, walked and sometimes just simply did nothing! We look forward to returning and have already recommended this place to our family and friends.

Everything we could have hoped for!

We had a great few days at this property. The condo is nicely outfitted and quite spacious. Comfortable beds, large rooms, a well appointed kitchen, plenty of towels, beach chairs, coolers, and everything we needed. The WiFi was strong. The complex was very well maintained and we had a super view from our balcony of the pool area and ocean. The pool area had plenty of chairs - no need to fight to reserve one - and 2 pools, one heated, one cooler. It was not super hot while we were there so we mostly stayed in the heated pool. It was very convenient to walk right down a few stairs to the ocean for a swim. Other residents were very friendly and it seems like a nice community. The location of the condo was convenient - just a few minutes drive to shops & restaurants in San Jose del Cabo, and a longer (20 min. or so) drive to Cabo San Lucas. Along the way are several other beaches that we visited including snorkeling at Chileno beach. Everything was smooth in terms of arrival and check in. The only small thing I would improve are more comfortable chairs on the balcony! Thank you for a great stay and this place is highly recommended.

Great beach condo!

The condo is great! 2 large rooms with plenty of closet space & both with King beds. Beautiful sunrises every morning! The pools are nice & everything is well kept. The only complaint we had was location- it is not really in walking distance of much, so renting a car or constantly taking taxis is necessary.

Great condo great location

My family and I had an amazing vacation. The condo was fully stocked with everything you would need. plenty of space for everyone! The views were beautiful from every room. The location was perfect. Close to mega food store and all of the great restaurants in San Jose. We went horse back riding right on the beach in front of the condo for a reasonable price. Alex was very easy to work with. Will stay again!
