Although beach-facing suites may appeal to early risers, this lakeside unit offers unparalleled value and stunning sunsets. Enjoy the beautiful evenings on the lovely balcony, complete with a patio table that seats six and offers breathtaking views. Inside, a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, and ample cupboard space awaits, along with all the cookware you could need. Supermarkets are conveniently located nearby, just a short drive away. At night, retire to one of three comfortable bedrooms: the master suite features a king bed and private en suite, while the other two bedrooms feature queen beds, flat screen TVs, and cable. Guests love the laid-back atmosphere of the Cinnamon Beach resort and particularly appreciate the family and pet-friendly environment of this home. Wi-Fi is available both in the home and at the pool clubhouse.

This unit provides parents and grandparents with a chic and sophisticated living space for entertaining and relaxation, while kids can enjoy miles of beach and a splash park - a true paradise for them.

While you'll undoubtedly appreciate the resort's picturesque landscaping, abundant amenities, and exceptional staff, there's also plenty to explore in the surrounding area. Don't miss out on Flagler Beach, St. Augustine and Daytona, they offer plenty of excitement as well.

Located in the Ocean Hammock resorts in Palm Coast, Florida, this is unit 1143 of the Cinnamon Beach condo, situated on the fourth floor of building 12.

Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two pets allowed at a fee of $100 per pet, plus tax.

Debra,Was very easy to work with. The only issues we had were when maying payment. They were split different than we wanted to pay. BUT everything else was great, clean and service was very responsive! We had a great trip!

As soon as we walked in the room you could not only smell the cleanliness but you could see it as well. There was even some soft music playing in one of the rooms. The furniture was nice and appeared to be fairly new. We have stayed at this location (first time in this unit) before and it is always nice. The view over the lake is peaceful and pretty at night. The beach was also nice and not over crowded. Very family friendly. We will be back.

The pool was very nice and close, we enjoyed that a lot. The host was great, however the cleanliness was subpar. We found marijuana joints all over the lanai in the corners, a perfume bottle was left in one of the bed sheets, the jacuzzi tub was pretty dirty (we had to clean it out before using it, we found trash under two of the beds. The floors were a good bit sandy too. The condo and location were fantastic but the cleaning needs a closer look. Thanks for everything.

Thank you for your review. We will look at our check in video for the items you had mentioned. We do ask that if there are any issues with your stay, it be reported immediately. We did not hear anything from you until I asked how your stay was and you responded with 'Hi Melanie. We’re all checked out, and everyone enjoyed it and it was beautiful." Unfortunately we do have not control over the HOA amenities such as the pool or jacuzzi. Thank you again for your review.

Great Location

This is a beautiful stretch of beach and the condo provided a great location for it all. A quick few minutes to the on-property and a short drive to many more. A very dog and family friendly place.

Amazing stay

Was perfect for our family ! Condo was extremely clean, easiest check in, communication was very fast with any questions I had. The property was very close to beach and to both pools and clubhouse. The view from the huge balcony was my favorite!

Our fav home away from home

This is at least our 6th or 7th stay at this property and it never disappoints! Spotless, every amenity like home, amazing communication with Melanie (agent) and can’t wait to come back again. It’s my favorite home away from home! Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Clean and great location!

July 4th getaway

We we so happy to find a last minute booking for a quick family getaway and this property was exactly what we wanted! Spacious living quarters, comfortable beds, great pools and beach access. Just what the dr ordered.

Wonderful condo !

Spotlessly clean......serene view, quiet location.....nice large deck.....quality furnishing in the bedrooms......living room furniture needed refurbishing.....as it was, it would not provide seating for amount of people that could be staying in a 3 bedroom unit...... The pools and hot tubs are very well kept and inviting as is the garden areas.....We would definitely stay here again !!

Perfect weekend stay!

This condo was the best find for us! We were in Palm Coast for our daughter’s beach wedding, and this was the perfect home base. We had everything we needed, with added perks like a short walk to the beautiful beach plus two pools and a poolside restaurant. The condo itself was very clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The large airy patio was another unexpected perk, as it looked out over a lagoon. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our fun but hectic weekend much more relaxing than if we had stayed in a hotel. Also the location of the development itself was well situated. Great host communication too. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

To detail the issues Kathy had: kitchen sprayer faucet dirty (cleaned), ceiling a/c vents have rust on them (we're by the beach...but will be replacing in the off season), the curtains on the slider have tape on them - this is to keep them together so when someone pulls on the curtains to close them, the rod doesn't come apart - they are not broken, the shower liner needed to be replaced (done), the shower curtain rod had rust on it (replaced). Kathy asked for a reimbursement for this inconvenience which we provided. She did state "I will not post this review" but here we are.

Lovely respite

My husband and I have visited many areas of Florida through the years, but only recently discovered Palm Coast. We visited in June with family and returned in October and brought our dog once we discovered how pet friendly Cinnamon Beach is. This condo is lovely and extremely accommodating—I have no complaints at all and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
