Please be aware that Florida is a vibrant, tropical environment home to a variety of unique critters. Especially during the rainy season or mid-summer, it is common for "visitors" like Palmetto bugs, ants, silverfish, and the occasional lizard to try and seek shade or water inside. Seeing one or two of these doesn’t mean the home isn’t clean—they’re just looking for a break from the Florida sun! We maintain a professional pest control schedule, but in the Sunshine State, nature likes to say hello from time to time.
