Our home provides complete privacy and is conveniently located only 10 minutes from South Fork and 15 minutes from Del Norte. For the adventurists, our home is the perfect home base for all of your UTV riding or hiking aspirations, with the ability to access the Rio Grande National Forest.

The second story, accessible via stairs, is home to the main bedroom, which features a king-size bed with breathtaking views of Alder Creek to the North. It has an ensuite bathroom as well as a large smart TV. A game room loft overlooks the main living area with a foosball table.

Large windows on the main level span the south side of the home from end to end, allowing you to be part of nature in the comfort of the house. Our open floor plan is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The second bedroom offers a king bed with high-end furnishings. The third bedroom provides two bunk beds (single over single) and a large smart TV.  

Soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventuring under the stars and surrounded by nature.

NOTE: 4x4/AWD required (Thanksgiving - April).

Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Year's and the 4th of July holidays).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
