THE SPACE
Contemporary furnishings exude a neutral palette, punctuated by tasteful art pieces. The living room, adorned with a plush velvet sofa, armchair and a smart TV is the perfect place to relax after a busy day in DC.

The beautiful full kitchen is in case you tire of DC's amazing culinary scene. For your daily caffeine dose, a Keurig, French press, electric kettle and various coffee pods and tea bags are at the ready. Cream, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil are also stocked for your use. There's a Brita pitcher in the refrigerator. Enjoy your meals at the bar counter, located in the living room.

The two well-appointed bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment, perfect for privacy. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, plush lounge chair and a desk for working. The second bedroom offers equal comfort with a queen-size bed. The beds are covered in soft, luxurious sheets, feather-down pillows, a linen duvet and an extra blanket. White noise machines and room-darkening shades are in each room for an optimal night's sleep in the city.

The modern bathroom has a rain shower, large vanity, and a washer/dryer. Soft, absorbent towels and sumptuous bath products are at your disposal.

The patio off the living room provides a breath of fresh air, a spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening reflections.

GUEST ACCESS
When you get to the house, you'll enter through the front gate, up the walk and take the stairs down. Use the code that is sent to you via email to unlock the front door access the apartment.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Our home was built in 1890 and we live upstairs. Due to the age of the house, you may hear us or our dogs walking occasionally. We try to be as quiet and respectful as possible and we're usually on the upper floors the majority of the time.

We are located in the heart of the city. Our neighborhood, while residential, is still peppered with the songs of the city (cars, people, dogs, etc). We love those sounds, but when you want to drown them out, we've provided white noise machines.

There is a video doorbell at the front door of the apartment. This camera does have recording capability and is used for your safety.
