This two story 4-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home is a great base to explore the mountains. Home features living/dining area open to kitchen, including a gas fireplace, a big screen monitor with Roku streaming, and all bedrooms have queen size beds. Outdoors you will discover a charcoal grill, a large picnic table, fire pit, and a hot tub.

The home is a short walk to the river and hiking trails close by.

The Space
This beautiful mountain cabin has the perfect location! Only 30 minutes from Mt. Baker and close to all the hiking and biking trails. The home is a short walk to the river. The space is large and open but cozy at the same time. The outdoor hot tub is amazing after a ski day or hike in the woods.

We had a fantastic time at the cabin! What a lovely spot, with everything we needed. Easy drive from Bellingham, and loved the quick access to Mt baker ski. A post ski hot tub session was the cherry on top. Will definitely look to come back again!

Beautiful Mt Baker setting. Wonderful host, darling cabin, spotless, excellent amenities, great coffee shops nearby, perfect for a family. We loved the table and comfortable seating area for chats and reading. The hot tub soak after skiing was amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay and so did the whole family. The place was comfortable and well set up, and we especially loved using the BBQ for cooking and relaxing in the hot tub. We had a small issue with the fireplace, but DeeDee responded promptly and was very helpful, which we really appreciated. If there was one minor thing, a bit more dusting or wiping down in a few areas would have made it perfect, but overall the place was clean and we had a great stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this gorgeous house! It fit 7 people comfortably while also allowing us all to still have our own space and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. This is our second visit and will continue to come back! I had a blast with my friends and family!

This has been one of the top places me and my friends have stayed at! It is a short drive to the top of mount baker and offers an amazing at home feeling and coziness. We had the best time here and cannot wait to stay again!

Great spaces for gathering, and comfy couches and beds, good hot water, easy parking. Also, the house stayed wonderfully cool in a long heatwave!Two little walks nearby, and lots more within short and medium drives. The kitchen could use a little updating in terms of pans and stove but nothing that stopped us from cooking every day - and there is a great new gas grill. Hot tub was huge and the washer and dryers were great. Host recommended Silver Lake park which we never would have found on our own and was a great family spot.

Family Ski Trip

House was clean, right off the Mt. Baker Hey and not far to the mountain. Host communicated really well to make sure we arrived alright and found it. Beautiful area to stay and ski, and plenty of room for 8 adults.

Very relaxing weekend :)

My friends and I had a beautiful weekend in this incredible house! It is super cozy, spacious, and very quiet. Great location too as it is roughly 30 min away from the Mt Baker ski resort. The indications and instructions we got before getting there were precise and we did not have any issues finding or entering the place :) 10/10 would go again!

Beautiful setting for a getaway!

This beautiful and comfortable rental home is nestled among trees, right near a river. It has easy access to nearby hikes but feels private and secluded. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals, the wifi signal was strong, the beds were comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive. They have a binder full of information about local hikes and restaurants, as well as clear instructions for check-in and checkout. We hope to return in the future!

Great mountain getaway

This property was great, exactly as advertised! The rooms were simple but the beds were super comfy, everything was clean and the kitchen was well-appointed with cookery (minus the salt, which was empty and we had to run to the store to get salt). The hot tub was nice and large and very clean! The only downside was the neighbors were super loud and could hear yelling throughout the night. Also, there was a large poo that appeared by our front door in the morning that didn’t come from our 2, 12lb dogs we brought with us. Perhaps it was a neighbors dog? All in all it was a great weekend stay and would 100% stay here again.

The address was a little confusing. It was not actually close to Deming. People that have never lived in a rural area don’t understand that the address includes the town where the mail is delivered from and not necessarily the closest town. This confused me. I arrived at night. Your description to turn right immediately after cross bridge was so important and your alert that gps does not work well after bridge was spot on and helpful to know.
