We invite you to come spend your vacation at Palm Place. This one bedroom one bath apartment is just steps from the white sands of Clearwater Beach.

This apartment accommodates 4 guests with queen size bed in the bedroom, sofa sleeper 'full size' in the living room and additional futon in the sun room. An inviting environment to relax and recharge. 'Apartment has new paint through out and updated kitchen.'

The apartment has many amenities with modern kitchen, central heat and air, cable TV, DVD player and radio.

Free washer and dryer on site.

One assigned parking spot.

Sabal Palm has a patio that leads out to the protected tropical courtyard.

Tropical courtyard has gas and charcoal barbeque grills, concrete table and chairs for guest to enjoy a meal outside.

Trolley Stop at the corner.

Monthly rates are available, please inquire.


Palm Place on Clearwater Beach is located on the number one rated beach, voted by TripAdvisor in 2018. Clearwater Beach has many vacation activities for guests, including a wide variety of restaurants, charter fishing trips, dolphin watching tours, jet skiing, and more. The Clearwater Beach Aquarium is nearby, Winter and Hope the famous dolphins reside there. The movie Dolphins Tale was made here.

Clearwater Recreation Center is nearby with Childrenā€™s pool, lap pool, tennis courts, gym and many other fun activities to enjoy during your stay.

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.

Loved this place & all the neighbors were great. So close to the beach. Can't wait to come back!

They have grills and outdoor furniture as we sat out having our cocktails and all the neighbors joined us. What a fantastic time we had. The owners are fabelous and had the opportunity to meet with them.

Great location! The neighbors were so wonderful!!

Excellent location! Low keyed area, steps to the sand, restaurants, retail!! Will only stay in this area on future trips, We waited quite awhile to be able to get into the condo! Wi-Fi was sketchy! But overall totally enjoyed our stay!!

Family Week

This is a great little condo just steps from the beach. The accommodations are very comfortable, I found everything to be exceptionally clean. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium is a five minute drive from this location. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and I was very happy with the area. I also very much appreciated the use of beach chairs and umbrella during our stay, it was so handy and helpful. Plenty of wildlife and the beach was amazing.

Great Location!

Just a minute walk to the beach and could easily walk to any stores or restaurants we wanted to. That was the best part!! Other than that it was a typical little beach house. Management was great as a ceiling fan had a screw break within the mount and they came and fixed it immediately.

I didnā€™t like the fact that you couldnā€™t put the air lower than 72. Iā€™m paying all that money for the place. Thank God it was warm everyday.

The location was great - just a few steps from the beach. The unit was very uncomfortable though. The furniture wasn't comfy, and the bed was horrible. Bathroom is super tiny and outdated. Guess for the price it's to be expected.

Great place and location

There are two things that I would change to give this place a 5 star rating and that would be the pull out bed and access to a pool. The pull out bed from the couch was not sleepable. The mattress was super thin and then there were wooden slates in the middle and bungie slates at the end, you basically fell to the floor if you sat at the end. However it did house all four of us comfortably with the futon to sleep on in addition to the bed in the room. Great for 4 people with two in each bed and maybe a 5th on the couch. Access to a pool would have been great on certain days or for after the sun goes down. My children we to scared to swim in the ocean after dark, but had no where else to swim unless we paid money for the water park down the street. Having an option for a pool to use after the sun went down would have pretty much made this trip perfect. Would definitely rent again though Flordia Beach Rentals, property was pretty close to exactly what they advertised.

Great find!

Loved the Palm Place! Came to Clearwater with a few girlfriends and wasnā€™t sure what to expect. We stayed in unit 1 the Palm Sabal. Our flight got in early and Florida Rentals were great and let us keep our luggage there for a bit, while we explored and even gave us early check in after we ate an early lunch. The place was clean and so close to the beach! They provided towels and beach chairs. The outdoor table and chairs were perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks! It was nice having ceiling fans and A/C in the unit and a kitchen stocked with all essential appliances and dishware. We would definitely stay here again and loved how close we were to restaurants, bars and the beach! ALL walking distance so we didnā€™t need to rent a car. Definitely check-out this place!

Perfect for a beach getaway. The beach is right up the block. Chairs, umbrella, and towels are provided which is great! The hosts were very helpful with food/activity recommendations. The home was clean and exactly as portrayed in the pictures.

Loved this cute little condo literally 30 second walk from the beach! It's had everything we needed and so conveniently located. Also loved that they had some beach equipment we could borrow. Would definitely stay here again.
