Everything about this experience was perfect. The house was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for all of our guests. The host was immediately available and extremely helpful. The swimming pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. I will definitely rent this gem of a house for another trip to Brunswick.

Everything about this house was amazing. My family & I enjoyed our time here.The space, rooms, host, & the pool was amazing! This home was very clean, had everything, you needed, & very affordable. The location was great not too far away from all the stores.This was right on time for my family. We experienced death in our family and had to come down for a funeral in the middle of Spring break. The grandkids were still able to enjoy their break. Thanks for trusting us with your home! We definitely plan to stay again!

The host was extremely responsive and all of the amenities worked flawlessly. The owner had a ton of extra bedding, towels, air mattresses making it perfect for a large group. Would recommend staying here 100/100 times.

Great stay for big group

This was the perfect spot for our annual summer trip. We had one small issue when we first checked in but the owner was quick to communicate and problem solve connecting us with the correct people. Huge deck around the pool perfect for summer lounging. The one drawback is the road that runs right next to the house causes traffic noises easily heard from the deck. Overall great stay!

Amazing stay! 10/10

This was an amazing week stay! House was beautiful and spacious. Pool area was great and beautiful! Our children and dogs absolutely loved it. Mr. Alvin was an excellent host! Any problem or concerns we had he took care of immediately! Truthfully could not have asked for a better host. You can tell they really care about you and your stay. So many things were provided for the pool/ house it made things a lot easier for us!

Very timely responses. Excellent communication, and helpfulness. The pool is stained and needs redoing but as long as you understand iron stains it was fine after he explained and we looked further into it. The hot tub we messed with and owner sent directions for use, however we never could get jets to work. It may have been us but we did follow the instructions. Super thankful that Owner offered to have a late checkout to enjoy property because of our issues, which we did. House was great for the kids and family. We all enjoyed it and it was super easy to find as well as semi private!

The home was large and very accommodating for our family. It was also clean and in a great neighborhood. One reason we choose the home is due to its size and large pool. I would have loved to have given it a 5 start but we did have a few issues that the owner was quick to address.The pool and hot tub needed some cleaning and then on our last day we were out of water due to the water pump. Again this is no fault of the owner and really hate that it happened but thankful they were quick with their response and did what they could to accommodate. My family would love to book the home again next year if the updates are done to pool.

Hi Cindy, I think your review was kind given the issues we had with the well pump burning out. We have spent over $3k installing both a new pool and well pump so these issues never happen again. While we waved you booking on days that had issues we would welcome having you back at an additional discount rate so you and your family can experience a “normal” stay at our home.

Stayed for an outage and Mr. Alvin was very responsive anytime I reached out. The house is very cozy and clean. Back yard pool and hot tub are super nice and beautiful. Close to mostly everything! Will be staying for the outage next year!
