Enjoy a great experience in this newly renovated home in a wonderful family friendly neighborhood. Just a 20-30 min drive to NOB, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Oceana, and VB Oceanfront. 5-10 min to Chesapeake Regional Hospital. Brand new comfortable furniture and 50” flat screen TV’s in every bedroom. First room has private bathroom, small walk-in closet and king size bed, nightstand with charging doc,TV. Seond bedroom is complete with TV, Queen bed two night stands. New appliances and Closet with hangers. Third bedroom has a Twin XL with nightstand and TV.Top of the line LG front load washer and dryer make this place hard to beat, with Stocked Laundry detergent and Deliquiate items bag for washing, and Dryer sheets. Our goal is to provide a comfortable clean environment in a cozy peaceful atmosphere. The Kitchen is stocked with all essentials with spice cabinet, coffee, creamer, and sugars. K-cups provided and Filters for Potted Coffee provided. Enjoy the treats left behind for late night snacks.

This place served all our needs. It housed 5 people for several day very comfortably. Everyone had their own space. It was clean and comfortable. Really couldn't have asked for much more.

Super clean property!! Very nice, quiet neighborhood. All cabinets, drawers, light switches etc. were labeled and very convenient. The host really thought of a lot of extra details. Highly recommend!! Thank you for making our girls weekend so relaxing :)

Clean and Organized

The house was clean, organized and well stocked with everything we needed. The labeling on drawers and closets made it so easy to find things. I have never seen such though labeling. Very nice and comfortable property. The owners did a great job!

My family of 5 were happily surprised with the townhouse home, situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. We came to visit family in the area and stayed a little under a week. We had actually shifted from a hotel to this townhouse looking for something with more space (especially for our 3 kids). The townhouse was extremely clean and offered all the amenities we needed – kitchen appliances, laundry dryer, boardgames, …. even down to a first aid kit! The townhouse had a nice back porch patio that was lovely for quiet mornings with a coffee in hand. Communication with the host was easy and always responsive. We look forward to our next return to Chesapeake and plan to stay here again!

Very Comfortable and Newly Renovated

Wonderful place to stay in Chesapeake area. Total renovated townhome with everything you need for a short or extended stay. We were there for 6 weeks and it felt like home. Layout of downstairs is very comfortable for lounging and relaxing. The kitchen is spacious and very easy to work in. The Property Manager/Owner was easy to communicate with and very attentive.

Hi Karen, You never communicated at any time that parking was an issue. You did not checkin at all and the 2 car off street driveway was open. For vehicles with trailers guests can pull up onto the mulched area in front of the driveway. I am not sure how parking could have been an issue. Our front ring camera shows the driveway was open and clear of vehicles on your scheduled check in day. In fact we never heard from you after informing you that early checkin that day was not an option. It seemed to us that you decided on other accommodations for your stay as you never checked in and never inform us of any issue with parking until long after your stay. It’s unfortunate that you decided to ding our perfect 5 star rating for something that has never been an issue for our guests. The parking was available and open as mentioned in the booking. If you were coming with an oversized vehicle or had a specialized parking requirement then that would be something to communicate in advance to your host. A two car off street driveway has always been sufficient for our guests.

Impecible home away from home

Our stay was great. We have no complaints. The hoise was easy to find. Checking in was easy peasy with a key lock. 2 cars fit snug in the parking lot, but it was manageable. The house was sparkling clean. Most everything seemed brand new. It was very homey feeling with the signs and decor around the home. It was really handy having the Keurig and ice maker. All though there is a dishwasher, it was easiest for us to do up dishes as soon as we finished breakfast. The massage chair was a hit!! Plenty of seating for the 4 of us in the living room. The first night when showers began, it was a cold one to begin, however the 2nd shower warmed right up. We figured it may have been a while since someone had stayed there and thats why it rool longer for the water to warm up. The 1st morning we came downstairs to a few pieces of mouse poop on the floor in the kitchen, so I'd reccomend keeping the snacks in the cabinets. Otherwise we had no isses. The bedrooms were great and the house is fully stocked. Being in the master bedroom I didn't see the full length mirror until the evening before we left. I was hoping for one either in the bedroom or the bathroom. That would be my only reccomendation. It was a fantastic stay. Thank yoi for being kind hosts with amamzing response times.
