The beach, restaurants, hiking trails, and a great local organic grocery store are all within walking distance or a short car ride away. You'll also find the harbor, wharf, shops, restaurants, and downtown just a short drive or enjoyable bike ride away. Rather stay in? Enjoy a delicious BBQ on the built-in grill or soak in the hot tub while taking in its breathtaking backyard retreat. Enjoy a glimpse of the ocean from the front seating area.

HALLER COASTAL HOMES / PROPERTY OWNER POLICIES & HOUSE RULES: * Guests must complete 2 easy steps within 24 hours of booking - Digitally signed rental agreement and Secure Guest Verification * Minimum age to rent is 30 years old, per homeowners insurance policy * Arrival and Departure Times are shown above - arrival 3pm and departure 10am * No smoking / no vaping policy - at no time in or on the premises * Strict no party, social gatherings policy - only guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on premises * Guests understand air mattresses and sofa sleeping are not permitted at the property, extra blankets and sheets are not provided. * Good Neighbor Policy in effect (quiet times are between 10:00pm and 8:00am) which may require decibel meters in outdoor areas in residential zones. These are not listening devices. * Cancellation Policy - listed above and shown prior to booking. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance! * Rates change daily - until booking is confirmed * Property owner and/or Haller Coastal Homes reserves the right to deny any reservation

The home was very clean. Hot tube was hot and very enjoyable. It was nice to have a washer and dryer and a full kitchen for cooking. Beds super comfortable.

Fabulous property, very comfortable for our group of 4 couples plus one infant. The master suite is superb! Weather and logistics didn’t allow use of the backyard grill or fire pit, but it sure is a lovely and inviting space. We made good use of the washer and dryer in the showroom-like garage. Location was perfect for us. Grocery stores, CVS, coffee shop minutes from the house. An easy walk to the 1000-step beach and a quick drive to downtown Santa Barbara and Stearns Wharf. All in all, 10 out of 10. We would definitely book again. Thanks so much for helping us to enjoy a fabulous family holiday get-together!

We stayed at the house for a 70th birthday party. All girls
The house was clean/organized and in a great location
Only problems we noted for management company: the back bedroom (not the master) door lock mechanism does not lock at all-either the mechanism is broken or the door has shifted so lock does not line up
The back door from the garage to house malfunctioned -we have no idea why-it just started beeping off and we were unable to use that door. Maybe batteries are dead
Everything else was perfect -we did not cook there at all
The hot tub was great to have the cleaning service for hot tub came to the house around 9 on Monday am
