A semi-enclosed office space separates the spacious living area from the dining room, which welcomes you and your guests around its rectangular wooden table near the well-equipped kitchen. All this great room is air-conditioned and can be closed by the large glass windows but you can also enjoy the open airy atmosphere with the cool St-Barths breezes.

On the expansive terrace, guests enjoy a panoramic view over the ocean, next to the heated infinity swimming pool. Facing the wonderful St-Barths sunsets, the terrace is the very perfect place for a drink in the outdoor lounge, or on the deck chairs.
