Can I have an early check in/out?
Yes you can if available but cannot be confirmed in advance more than 1 day prior.

What type of coffee maker do you have?
Nespresso (Small pods) and a drip machine with coffee grinder

What items are provided at the property?
Fresh coffee beans, a box of Nespresso pods, sugar, salt and pepper, olive oil, basic spices, dish and dishwasher soaps, garbage and recycling bags, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, laundry detergent, 1 roll of paper towels, all purpose cleaner

What is the check in procedures?
You will receive a detailed email at least 3 days prior to arrival with all info needed

We have more cars than the number of parking spot provided. What do we do?
Tremblant have many public parking that are most of the time free like P1 and P2

Guests have access to the entire condo, the hotub and the summer only pool.

Always available for guets.

Etoile Du Matin is located on the newest side of the mountain. Walk out the condo, put your ski on and enjoy!

There the casino shuttle that you can use to go aroung. A gondola is also available during high season to bring you to the main pedestrian village.

Swimming pool and whirlpool:

-The swimming pool is only open in summer

-Opening hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the whirlwind

-A maximum of 10 people inside the enclosure will be allowed. (RBQ requirement)
-All people aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult and children aged 7 and under must be in the care of a responsible adult at all times.
-Wearing a swimsuit is obligatory.
-No food and glass containers will be allowed.
-Minimum age to rent is 30 years old or more
-No party, no excessive noise after 10 pm. Fines will be applied
-Be respectful of the condo as if it were yours
-Quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
