About the Space:
Located in the gorgeous Mammoth Creek complex, this 2-bed, 2 bath, condo is the perfect place to enjoy everything you love about Mammoth Lakes – making you feel right at home. The unit borders the beautiful Sherwin and Snowcreek Meadows and town bike path. There are panoramic views of the Sherwin Mountain range and Mammoth Mountain from the living room, private porch, and primary bedroom.

This condo has been tastefully decorated with mountain décor. The living area is bright with big picture windows and an open floorplan with updated kitchen, living room and dining area. The living room offers new couches with a queen sleeper sofa, Samsung Smart TV and wood burning fireplace. There is a dining room table with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for cooking delicious meal. Off the main living area is a private patio, to enjoy the fresh mountain air, star gazing, and the expansive mountain/meadow views.

The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed with ample dresser and closet space. There is an ensuite bathroom with a large vanity and tub/shower. The second bedroom has a single over double bunk bed with an additional double trundle mattress. The second bathroom is located in the hallway, directly outside the second bedroom for convenience – it also offers a large vanity and tub/shower. There is a large entryway for easy gear and equipment storage.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter and matches.
