Two wooden patios overlooking the river, where you can unwind with a glass of wine, soak in the scenery, or stargaze under the clear Kamouraska skies.
A 360-degree solarium, offering panoramic views of the surrounding beauty, perfect for reading, relaxing, or simply basking in the natural light.
Dedicated office spaces, equipped to support remote work, so you can stay productive in a serene environment.

Direct access to the river via a wooden bridge, making it easy to enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, or a refreshing dip.
