The Space:

Absolute Paradise is a three bedroom, two bath home with room for the family. You can enjoy the sounds of the waves from the large furnished deck, in the friendly Holiday Beach subdivision.

The large great room offers lots of light from the beautiful windows. Relax on the inviting sofas and chairs while you watch TV. High speed internet is also available for your devices. The living area is open to a dining table, and a large island with additional seating for preparing and serving meals. The kitchen is stocked with all you need, including stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, and both Keurig and regular drip coffee makers.



Absolute Paradise sleeps 12 comfortably, with a primary suite offering a king sized bed with ensuite bathroom (tub/shower combo) and TV. The second bedroom features two queen beds and two twins, and the third features one queen and two twin beds. Additional sleeping for two is available in the living room with a queen sleeper sofa. All the rooms showcase beautiful coastal decor.



Outside you will find a fun bar area with seating, a swing, a picnic table, and a charcoal grill. It's a great place to entertain! There is also an outdoor sand shower for washing away the beach before you go in to enjoy the home.



Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with additional fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
