This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Simple meets modern in this amazing farmhouse style tiny home! Fully equipped with one queen, one full, and two twin beds. Beautiful mountain views, basketball court, gas fire, blackstone grill, counter ice maker, gas stove, washer & dryer and much much more! Lots of beautiful wildlife passing through with visits from deer, turkey, owls, etc.

This is our “go to” property every time we come to Knoxville to see the grandkids- and we like to see the kiddos a lot. Shannon is a great host.

Stunning little piece of tranquility!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The location is so peaceful. The tiny home was clean, well organized, comfy, decorated just like it would my own. The large deck is so wonderful as well.

Rugby Fun!

Such a fun and isolated little GEM! The outside deck area was warm and welcoming and the inside space was quaint and cozy! We absolutely loved the stay! Best of all…the isolated location was perfect!

Hello Chloe, If the issues were due to weather and unrelated to our accommodations would you consider a 5 star review? We know there were issues with the water freezing but that was the entire county as we were dealing with below freezing temps for over a week and resolved it asap. As a host we strive for 5 star ratings and genuinely do our best to provide a 5 star stay.

Another Great Stay

I was back in Knoxville and decided to stay again. The tiny house and Shannon delivered again. It is such a beautiful and quiet location for working and relaxing. I will definitely stay again when I am back in Knoxville.

Adorable Tiny House in a perfect location

My two girls and I stayed for a long weekend. The house was perfect for us. It was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The outdoor space is beautiful and the owners were very kind and responsive. We will 100% stay again!

Tiny House Big Fun!

The tiny house was perfect for our one night stay. The owners were VERY responsive, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. So well thought out! We enjoyed a beautiful evening around the fire pit and a very comfortable sleep.

Awesome Tiny House

Great little house and property! Clean, modern, very well taken care of. The deck makes it feel much bigger. The wooded area behind makes it feel very secluded despite being in a neighborhood. Very quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful & Quiet

What a beautiful property. Our family of four enjoyed our stay at the tiny house. It may be small but it had wonderful amenities; comfy beds, soft towels, and all the kitchen necessities. The outdoor deck is makes up for the lack of indoor space if weather permits. My kids had fun playing with the basketballs & hoop. Feels secluded & is very quiet. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonderful Stay!

I stayed here with my niece for a couple days and we both loved the property. Great location, right off of a neighborhood, but secluded and quiet. Close to downtown Knoxville and UT - every place we went seemed to be about a 15 minute drive. The host was wonderful, she was so quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. Each evening we enjoyed the outdoor patio with the fire pit, such a great atmosphere and gathering space. We even saw a couple of turkeys walk through the property on our last day here! It was awesome to see (esp for this city girl!). Will definitely stay here again when I visit Knoxville.

Great place to Start a New Life Chapter

This quaint tiny home was perfect for us to transition into a new life. We moved from Texas to Tennessee for employment after retirement. We are adjusting to a new career and becoming empty nesters. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were impeccable. I called with minor questions and Shannon answered immediately. She was friendly and helpful. Beautiful spot

The tiny house was very clean and is on a beautiful piece of land. We were very happy with the cleanliness, the response of the owners and the quiet land. One thing that we didn’t realize was, in order to get to the home, we had to drive through a residential neighborhood and the house is at the end of a road. Being a gay couple, I was disheartened to see a couple of confederate flags on the way to the tiny house. Yes, we understood we were in Tennessee but we thought this house was in the country per the post.

If you love super clean, fantastic smelling tiny homes.. this is the one for you. If you love super comfy beds and a beautifully decorated tiny home, this is the one for you. If you love gorgeous views and privacy enjoyed from a huge deck with comfy patio furniture and beautiful lighting outside, this is the tiny home for you..we loved this tiny home Incase I haven’t been obvious enough! Upon arriving I felt so welcomed! I walked in and music was even playing it was so sweet! I will be back for sure! We are a small family of three and my daughter loved the basketball hoop outside .. they had everything you need here. Great place!

Solitude with convenience

If you're looking for a romantic getaway, an escape from the rush of urban life, or place of solitude to write the novel you've always dreamed of this is the place. I had the pleasure of staying at the tiny house while in Knoxville working on a business project. It was the perfect out-of-the-way location to work in peace and quiet, while still having the convenience of being close to town. Shannon is a wonderful host and was very responsive to any questions I had. I really enjoyed being able to enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck in the morning before I started my workday. The tiny house everything that you will need to enjoy your time in Knoxville. Perhaps you will be as fortunate as I was to see a couple of wild turkeys roaming around in the morning. I'm looking forward to returning as soon as I'm back in the Knoxville area.
