Bright, Spacious Tahoe Retreat. Great Location. Near Skiing, Town & Golf

Our bright, sunny cabin is located on Lake Tahoe's beautiful North Shore in Kings Beach. The closest beach is about a 15 minute walk and the Old Brockway Golf Course is across the street. Sea doo and kayak rental and para sailing are nearby at Kings Beach State Recreation Area. The Safeway Marketplace and Deli is less than a mile for easy meals and picnics at the beach and there are many restaurant choices available, as well. The North Tahoe Regional Park is close by with tennis courts, bike path and extensive mountain biking/ hiking trails. The trailhead to the Tahoe Rim Trail is less than 2 miles from our cabin.

During Wintertime, we are also well located for skiing, snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. Our cabin is close to Northstar At Tahoe (5 miles), Diamond Peak (5 miles), Squaw Valley (15 miles) and Alpine Meadows (14 miles). Nordic skiing and snowshoeing is within a few miles at the North Tahoe Regional Park, which is also great for sledding and snowmobiling. Many winters, snowmobile rental is also available on the Brockway Golf Course less than a mile from the cabin. The open space near our home is also convenient for a refreshing walk, building snowmen or having a snowball fight.

The cabin is clean, spacious and decorated with a simple mountain charm. It’s a home away from home to enjoy time with family and friends.

Amazing Place to Stay in North Tahoe

This cabin is close to all the amenities and the owners were so receptive the entire time! We will definitely be coming back.

Charming & Great Location

The property was very charming and the location was great. It is stocked with most anything you would need. The communication with the property manager was great. Would stay again.

Perfect for our needs!

We needed a location close to King's Beach. We needed to sleep 6 comfortably. We had an easy time making the arrangements with the owners. The cabin had everything we needed. Fantastic!

Beautiful Cabin with Perfect Location!!!!

This home has everything you need for a fun family get-a-way!!! Loved the open floor plan of the kitchen/living area. The room upstairs is perfect for the kids with three twin beds and a TV with tons of movies and games. The wrap around patio was nice for BBQ'ing and entertaining. Close to everything. Can't wait to come back!!!!

Great Vacation spot!

Thanks so much for the use of your home. Everything was perfect….the best part….walking distance to the lake and restaurants and mini-golf! Perfect for kids. Loved the deck, and everything was very tidy and clean. The light in the main room is great, love the big windows. I love how open and spacious the kitchen is. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Tiger Street Stay

I’m grew up in Tahoe so I knew the location was very centrally located and close to all areas of NLT. It would be a fantastic Cardin for a ski trip. The host was great and the house well stocked, but the home is a little dated and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I would recommend to friends/family.

Family stay

It was a nice place, fireplace was hard to get going no newspaper or kindling so we had to go out and buy which was a pain but worth doing. Would consider staying again and trying out in the summer months.

A great place to stay!

This was my first time renting a house and I am very happy with the experience. The house is very well kept and the location is great. The host was very nice and helped a lot through the rental process. Most likely will come again if I visit Lake Tahoe again.

Excellent service

The property manager, Eva, is a responsive and thoughtful property manager. The house is exactly as pictured and suited our needs perfectly. Great property at a very reasonable price.

Great location, responsive owner, fully stocked house

Great experience staying at this property for a weekend in July. Super close to the beach, restaurants/Safeway, and even Tahoe Treetop adventure (zip line/ ropes course). The house was clean when we arrived and the 3 bedrooms were very nice. It felt like home. The only drawback with our stay - if you are there in the summer the house can get a little warm and there is no AC. Many of the bedroom windows can be opened (no screens, though) but the common room with its beautiful glass windows does not have any windows that open. Eva was very responsive to our questions during our stay, and she was wonderfully accommodating with our request for a late checkout. All in all, we had a very nice stay!

Very enjoyable weekend

I would like to thank the owner for making my stay here over the weekend so enjoyable! She was very pleasant with me throughout our communication via email, assuring me that I could contact her for any questions if I had any. As for the cabin itself, my family and I didn't have to worry about much. Many things were provided such as towels, a fully stocked kitchen, board games to play and more. The cabin was beautiful and spacious, and was overall a nice getaway from the city life. The location was also very conveniently located near a beautiful lake, as well as other shops. Thank you again for making our stay worry-free and fun!

Christmas at Tahoe Cabin

We had a family vacation at the cabin over Christmas and had a wonderful stay. The cabin was warm, cozy, super clean and had everything we needed. There were plenty of clean towels and the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils. The open living area is great to have the whole family together while cooking and dining, and the view is spectacular: huge windows with trees right in front of the house make you feel like you're still outside. Our toddler had a blast running around in the snow in the backyard and the quiet residential street. There's a Safeway 5 min away, and Northstar was a 10 min drive. Eva was amazing and incredibly accommodating; we would definitely recommend staying at the cabin. Thank you for everything Eva!

Great house, great location

Great location 3 blocks from Safeway and several restaurants. The house was as described. Really liked the open floor plan and wood burning stove. Had no issues with communication. Evamarie reached out to me on the first day to let us know we could check in early, which was nice because we gotten to town early.

Right At Home

We were very pleased with our stay at Eva's Charming North Lake Tahoe Cabin. We booked the house very last minute and Eva was more than accommodating. Given our reservation was made so close to the day of arrival, Eva needed to prolong the check-in to 5:00 p.m and then offered us a late check out on our departure date. The cleaning ladies finished around 3:30 and I received a friendly text from Eva stating the home was ready. The house is warm and welcoming, and very reasonably priced for the excellent location! We were walking distance to everything. We spent most of our time gathering on the spacious deck for games with our family after long days at the lake. Our little ones enjoyed the upstairs loft and being able to slide down the stairs (we don't have stairs in our home :) ) The open floor plan allows everyone to socialize while cooking meals without excluding the master chefs :) We mostly enjoyed the laid back environment. Eva didn't place too many expectations on us as her guests which in turn allowed us to be comfortable and feel like we were right at home. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! We look forward to visiting in the Winter Months!

Ironman Week

We enjoyed your cabin for many reasons. It has a great location as we were able to walk on back roads to the lake for sunset/sunrise strolls on the beach or even down to Safeway. We were here for Ironman Week and being able to roll out of bed and get to the swim start was awesome---- we avoided all the early race day traffic. The cabin has a great layout for cooking and chatting...everyone felt apart of the action. The cookware was plentiful for large meals and we really appreciated the crock pot. The table was great for our large group to eat together and enjoy Bananagrams! We loved our stay in your bright cheery cabin. Thank you.

Perfect Cabin vacation get-a-way!

This cabin on Tiger Ave is in the perfect location! Minutes walking distance from Kings Beach, just behind the Brockway golf club, near stateline and casinos, northbound ski resorts...truly awesome no matter what the season. It is welcoming and cozy, but large enough for my large family and in law.. Come see it, you won't be disappointed!

Spacious, Clean, and in a Central Neighborhood Close to the Slops

My family of five were thrilled with this spacious cabin. The kitchen has all new appliances, cabinets, and counter tops. There are hardwood floors in the main part of the house and carpet in the bedrooms. The two bathrooms have upgraded fixtures, tile and floor. The house was very safe for our very young children, with tons of games, kids (and adult) videos, but the best part of the house for our children was that it was perfect for evening hide and seek. When we arrived, we had all the supplies we need to get started and there was more than enough cooking supplies and utensils (new). The towels were upgraded and new. What you do not see in the pictures is that the furniture (country charm) is very new and comfortable. The cabin is immaculately clean, crisp and fresh. Our last experience with a cabin, was musty, old, dusty, and bugs, but THIS WAS THE EXACT OPPOSITE.

Conveniently located to everything

Loved the home! Plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 toddlers.So close and convenient to everything. Safeway is just 3 minutes away, Northstar is 7 minutes, and plenty of nearby restaurants. VHS and games for the kids. Would definitely come back again.

Beautiful and spacious!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is big, with enough room for two families with children. The staircase to the upper level is a bit steep but it´s carpeted. It is nicely furnished with comfortable seating and ample space. There are lots of games and entertainment, and upstairs is a great room for kids with three beds, TV and a movie collection. The location is awesome with the beach close by and lots of restaurants. We´ll definitely come back!

We have stayed here for several years. We will do again next year. Charming house. Well stocked. Front porch is great to relax or entertain. Close to grocery store & local shopping. Walking distance to the beach.

We currently live on the Central Coast of California, but our love for Lake Tahoe has been lifelong. My husband grew up in Squaw Valley and my family has always had a second home in Northstar. We have shared this appreciation for the area with our 4 children and have many great memories of time spent together in Tahoe with family and friends.

Having lived in other areas in Tahoe, we love Kings Beach for it's easy access to the lake, proximity to a number of resorts for downhill and nordic skiing and snowboarding, golf, hiking, biking and restaurants. Kings Beach also has a mini golf course (in summer) that our kids have enjoyed over the years.

Kings Beach is in the 'sunbelt' so our southern facing home enjoys bright, sunny days almost year round. The open floor plan creates a spacious, comfortable and inviting place to relax and enjoy family and friends. Our home is walking distance to the lake and the Safeway Marketplace where you can pick up a quick picnic lunch to enjoy on the beach. For golfers, we are perfectly located being across the street from the Brockway Golf Course. We are minutes to many great restaurants, shopping, rental shops and even the casinos for those of you who like to gamble. This location is also great for access to many Ski Areas and winter activities.
