We stayed here the second time..

We truly enjoy the unit , very clean and beautiful and right in front of the beach. They provided beach chairs and umbrella also. I highly recommend this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this condo! This was our 4th stay and we still love to stay there. It’s the perfect location and a clean facility.

Nice Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nicely decorated and appliances were good. The vacuum did not work so our floor was sandy for the entire trip and I personally was not happy about that. Some of the outlets need replacing along with shower curtain liners, toilet base needs some help too. The balcony door was extremely difficult to open/close. The location was good with lots of shops, restaurants very close by. A little more crowded than expected, but overall a nice place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views are unbeatable.The unit was clean and well stocked as always (this is our 3rd year here). There was a period of time where the unit did not have running water and when I called to ask they said “yea we know”. I would have thought some communication about that would have been sent out when the problem was identified so we could plan accordingly. Also there was construction going on somewhere (above our unit maybe) starting in the early morning and was several days in a row that was so loud you couldn’t sleep or hear anything but the sawing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are glad to use the condo unit for 5 nights. They let us checked in early which a plus since we drove 7 hrs. The unit was very clean . I informed them the beach umbrella was broken and they sent someone to bring a new one. I did not expect that at all. We highly recommend this place and looking forward for next vacation in this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only negatives were the fact that B side only had 2 working elevators, sometimes even just one running. We would wait close to 10-15 mins waiting for an elevator. The dresser in the 2 twin bed room in the front needs to be replaced or repaired. The drawers are loose and wobbly. Other than that very satisfied! Would come back!

Perfect Beach Getaway in Destin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was decorated with the cutest beach theme. Absolutely loved the large balcony overlooking the ocean. It was also very close to the pool area and workout facility. It was close in proximity to wonderful restaurants and shopping. Perfect place to stay!
