Super quiet home in cul de sac with very spacious rooms that can accommodate 8 guests. The house features 2 bathrooms w/ showers, a shared laundry room, and a kitchen w/ a walk out balcony for refreshing meals outside!

Kent is located right between Seattle and Tacoma, making it a great place to visit both ends. The house is a quick drive to many restaurants, shops, and around 20 min drive to the airport and major shopping malls.

Living Room: Open spaced area. Want to enjoy a little entertainment? We provide a TV if you want to take a break. Just want peace and quiet? The wide windows let you have a refreshing, serene morning sip while staring outside. The living room also has two convertible couches that can be made into beds to accommodate more guests.

Master Room: a spacious living area that is perfect for couples or if you would like a private room to yourself. You don't even have to worry about sharing a bathroom because the master room has its own full private bathroom - featuring a toilet and standing shower. **Clean sheets, blankets/comforters, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper are provided**

Twin/Guest Rooms: two twin beds in each room, totaling 4 beds! Each room has a closet to store your suitcases and bags. **Clean sheets, blankets/comforters are provided**

Main Bathroom: Are you a shower or bath person? You can do either in this bathroom! This is a full bathroom with a toilet and bathtub/shower. **Soap, shampoo, toilet paper are provided**

Kitchen: fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, pots/pans, toaster, coffee pot, oven/stove, plates/utensils, and microwave among many other things!

Dining Room: Right next to the kitchen! You can also walk out onto the balcony and have refreshing, breezy meals outside.

Shared Laundry Room: The only shared room in the house. Guests will be able to use the laundry room, located on the lower floor. Please be respectful of other guests and try to use the washing/drying machines during the day :).
