We are delighted to present Villa Gianna, our stunning newly constructed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa in the smart Palm Beach neighbourhood close to the beach in Noord, Aruba!

Step across the threshold to discover the spacious and comfortably furnished living area, perfect for relaxing after exploring the pristine Palm and Eagle Beaches and exciting Aruba attractions.

The living room has a large smart TV, comfortable seating, and modern decor that creates an inviting atmosphere. The villa and garden are exclusively yours with complete privacy; there are no shared amenities. So relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The villa and grounds are secluded with off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles at the front of the villa.

The villa is accessed via a key lockbox. We will provide you with the entry code at check-in.

Car rental is easy and inexpensive; we can happily advise you on rental companies or taxi services.

[Check-in/out] Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out is 10:00am. Earlier check-ins and later check-out are possible depending on availability, an additional charge may apply.
