Cargo Wasi by Tiyana Cusco is a spacious apartment, perfect for families or small groups of friends. It's located on the fourth floor and enjoys good lighting. It doesn't have a panoramic view, but our terrace, overlooking Cusco, is right nearby and is furnished with tables and a sofa.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Tiyana Cusco rents completely independent vacation apartments in a typical family building in modern Cusco style. The internal courtyard and the panoramic terrace on the fourth floor (on the same level as the apartment) are shared spaces available to guests.

- Apartment Cargo Wasi 402 is located on the fourth floor (no elevator). It features a large, bright living room and kitchen, and two bedrooms at the back.

- The comfortable and private living room offers a 43" smart TV for watching your favorite movies and TV shows! You'll also find a small desk for working on your computer and a portable heater for warming up on colder nights. There are no views, only windows for lighting.

- The kitchen is fully equipped: you'll find a microwave, kettle, and drip coffee maker, but an oven is not available. There is a table that seats four.

- There are two bedrooms: the first one bright, with double bed (135 x 190 cm), the other with two single beds. All beds have cotton linens. Both bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes and high-quality mattresses.

- The bathroom is small but fully equipped. The shower, with a glass door, is well ventilated and guarantees hot water at all hours, high temperatures, and consistent water pressure.

EXTRA INFORMATION

1- We care about sustainability we offer a water purifier, soap dispensers, and two separate trash cans so you can recycle! In return, we ask you to use water and electricity responsibly.

2- We meet all immigration and tax requirements imposed by our country, so:
--- If you are Peruvian or resident in Peru, we will ask you to pay the IGV (18%).
--- If you are a foreigner, we will ask you to present a passport photo of all guests to complete the required registration.

3. There are 4 beautiful kittens living with us, and they can occasionally be seen wandering around the steps or in the courtyard of the building! They are usually very shy and hide, but sometimes they let you pet them!
