Great as always!!!

Have stayed here several years and couldn't be happier with the property, location and especially the host Michael. The condo has every thing you need and is well maintained. Hopefully will be returning next year.

Could not have been happier

As always everything was perfect!!!! Have stayed here previous years and hopefully will return again. Thanks to Michael - cannot ask for a better host. Best rental we have stayed in.

Awesome!

Stayed weekend for concert. Room was perfect for us (2 adults). Process was easy. Amenities were great and location was perfect. Great place!

Lovely getaway

My fiancee and I had a wonderful time staying in this beautifully decorated condo. It is very close to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, which we enjoyed, and close enough to downtown Palm Springs to be able to visit easily without a long drive. All the amenities are here, and I would strongly recommend it. Dealing with the owner was also a real pleasure.

Couldn't have been better

3rd time at this property and hopefully will be back again. Michael is very accommodating and quick with responses. Unit is always clean and well equipped.

Lovey condo amidst a garden oasis

We are returning guests. The condo is well appointed and includes everything one might need for a short or long stay. If you enjoy cooking, you’ll be well pleased with all the cooking appliances, equipment, etc. The complex itself is beautiful. People are very friendly and welcoming and the pool area is lovely. My recent stay

This is a wonderful and well equipped condo. I was looking for a brief rest and time with friends. The condo complex and this particular unit were perfect. It is well appointed and situated on the edge of town. When I wanted quiet, there was plenty. When I wanted some activity, the downtown is a quick ride away. All in all, it was perfect.

A Most Wonderful Stay!!

As this was my third visit to the complex, this condo was by far the nicest and most well equipped I have seen. Being a top floor end unit close to the pool is a real bonus.. Michael has made every effort to ensure all things were available. Lots of nice and thoughtful touches were evident and it was a very restful experience. Thanks Michael!

Comfort comfort comfort

Both my wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this COMFORTABLE condo. The owner has worked very hard to make it this way and you wont be disappointed. The location from downtown makes this very convenient. The Thursday night street fair is a must for any visitor, the sounds of various music drifting through the air, the delicious smell of food cooking and the warm night air is truly delightful. The owner is truly easy to work with, he even included maps of the area when he sent the keys to us, one of the many thoughtful things he includes. We will be back, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Excellent Experience

First off, Michael was a pleasure to work with. He is very professional, attentive and accommodating. My husband and I have stayed in this complex before but in a different unit. We like the layout of this complex because they offer 4 pools to choose from, so if one is busy just move on to the next one. The complex is clean and safe. This rental is very clean and very well equipped. My husband and I cook most of our meals when we travel and I must say this kitchen was the most well equipped kitchen we've ever been in! This home is very welcoming to say the least. We enjoyed our stay. We like to have drinks and lounge by the pool in solitude, and that's exactly what we did! We'll be back next year! Thanks again Michael!

Great place for R and R!

We wanted some R and R and we were not disappointed. The condo was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bed was totally comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was both during the day and at night. We also enjoyed sitting by the pool and relaxing. The atmosphere was just serene... And just what we needed! We found the communication with Michael, the owner to be excellent, and we definitely would come again. As for places to eat, we have two reccomendations. First, Shermans Deli and Bakery on Taquitz. We loved their sweet and sour cabbage soup! The second was The Sandwich Spot downtown on Palm Canyon Drive. Great sandwiches at reasonable prices. It is located in a small plaza with parking. Watch for a pub called The Hair of The Dog. The Sandwich Spot is behind the pub. We got the sandwiches to go and ate by the pool. As I said, we will be back. Thanks Michael: we enjoyed the condo and Palm Springs immensely.

Great Getaway in a Cozy Condo

We absolutely loved this cozy and quaint, quiet condo! It was the perfect atmosphere for a wonderfully relaxing extended weekend lounging by the pool and stretching out on the sofa watching TV and reading. The condo interior was spotless- as clean as you'd expect to see in any 4 star hotel. Everything looked as if it had just been deep cleaned- Kitchen, bathroom, living area and bedroom, not a speck of dust or spot of dirt anywhere. The community appeared to be in off season, as there were not many people or cars around, so much so that we had an entire pool to ourselves 2 of the 3 days we were there…Just wonderful! There was plenty of covered parking to keep your car out of the sun in what felt like a safe, gated community with lots of greenbelt areas and mature trees. The transaction with the owner was super easy and smooth, as he was very accommodating to our requests and easy to reach via phone and email. He mailed the keys and gate pass to me in plenty of time along with directions, nearby grocery stores and instructions for accessing the WiFi and operating the TV. We are very much looking forward to our next visit already!

Very nice Condo at the North End of Palm Springs across from the Visitor Info Centre. Condo had lots of natural light and was a corner unit and close to where I parked my car. Also very close to the pool and laundry room. A very nice condo.

We were in Palm Springs 2 months. The Condo met all of our needs. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The rest of the condo was also equipped with everything u could possibly need. The pool was excellent and the grounds crew were always around tending to the grass or other things. Parking was very close The landlord was very easy to get in touch with if u had any questions Would definitely stay there again. Beautiful place-lots of natural light. Very safe place!

Lovely, cozy apartment

Had a great time while staying at Michael’s property: the apartment is cozy and well equipped with everything you need to feel like home. Ideal solution to enjoy peace and tranquility, and you can stay safe during the pandemic by walking around the massive complex and going to the least crowded of the 5 pools available there. Communication with the host was friendly and effective; hoping to come back in the near future!

Lovely North End Condo

We were there a month. The condo was immaculate, Michael was extremely helpful when we had any questions. It was cozy, warm & very comfortable for the 2 of us. The kitchen has everything for the simple to gourmet cook. We loved the grounds, walked 2-3x around daily for a good exercise. The 6 pools were lovely, we swam in the morning after walking. Michael has some nice swimming floats for relaxing & working out. Laundry is right downstairs, very convenient.

Palm Springs Property-Excellent Choice

Michael’s Property in Palm Springs is lovely. Everything needed for a month’s stay was there. The Condo was neat & clean, the kitchen had the necessities for cooking & eating. The bed & furniture were comfortable & the bathroom was well kept. Michael was easy to contact & responded to messages quickly. He greeted us on arrival & made us feel at home. Great place to vacation

A great place to stay.

A lovely place well stocked and a great view of the mountains. The owner made the stay very enjoyable. Great communication. A good location that is close to everything. Grounds are well kept. Neighbors are friendly. I look forward to staying here again.

Amazingly clean and well kept includes condo, pool and grounds

We stayed with Michael last year and loved it. Needless to say we definitely were not disappointed with our visit this year. Everything you can think of is provided in the unit and it is comfy and well kept. After travelling all day really appreciated the snacks that were left for us - what a thoughtful touch. Michael is very helpful and responds to any concerns or questions promptly. Loved the view from the condo, the proximity to the pool, parking, laundry and grill. Would highly recommend this unit and would not hesitate to rent it again if we are in the Palm Springs area. Thanks again Michael we had a great time!!!
