You can not get more centrally located. You are in walking distance to Georgia Tech, Atlantic Station, Piedmont Park, West Atlanta, CNN etal. The access to the expressway is unmatched. The neighborhood has its own exit off of I-75 South. Although you are in bustling Midtown Atlanta, you will be surprised on how quiet the street is. From the front patio view you will enjoy Georgia Tech students walking up to the Atlantic Station grocery and shops.

Self Check-in - Guests can access the home through the front entry or the rear garage doors. Each door is fitted with a smart keypad.

This home has two large covered back decks provide a relaxing outdoor space, accessible from the master bedroom and kitchen areas for plenty of entertainment. Don't forget the open chef's kitchen featuring a 6-burner GE Monogram gas cooktop, warming drawer, and warming lights over the cooktop. There are also a convenient wall double oven and built-in microwave for all your cooking needs. The large granite island opens to a fireside den and dining area, perfect for entertaining guests. Hardwood floors throughout the home add an elegant touch. You will notice the 10-foot coffered ceilings and crown molding throughout that create a spacious and grand atmosphere. There are two wet bars for convenient beverage service. The master suite has a frameless glass double shower equipped with dual fixtures and a separate spa soaking tub, along with two separate granite topped vanities.
