Step out from your private entrance and you'll be greeted by the quiet streets one of Edmonton's most desirable neighborhoods, Glenwood!

What our guests love about our listing:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Both bedrooms feature plush comfortable queen sized mattresses.
- There is TONS of complementary street parking in our safe neighborhood.
- Lightening fast WIFI on our large 43" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix.
- Home has been professionally decorated by a local designer to ensure all the comforts of a home.
- Easy self-check in via. secure door keypad.
- Only a short 9-minute drive to West Edmonton Mall!
- Only a 13-minute drive away from Edmonton Valley Zoo!
- Easy access to anywhere in the city via. The Anthony Henday & Whitemud Freeway.
-Our home is pet friendly, but $30/pet/night fee must be paid prior to reservation and needs approval first by the property owner.

What some of our guests do not love as much about our listing:
- This property is an individual unit in a multi-family triplex so while no space is shared as it has it's own completely separate entrance, there is slight potential for noise from the other adjacent units in the complex, however we have installed sound barriers between the floors and door to ensure the best sleeps possible for each and every guest!

This guest suite comfortably sleeps 6 with one King size bed, one Queen size bed and a comfortable queen pull out/fold down couch in the living room! All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our suite also a full sized washroom that is sparkling clean with shower/ tub combination, sink and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, other small appliances and wine glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!


Guest access
You have full and total access of our suite during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Mayfield Common - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton!

* Please note * - We do require a $500 CAD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Additionally, there is easy access to major roads such as 100 avenue and 170 Street, making it convenient to travel by car. Jasper Place Bus Terminal is located at the northeast corner of the neighbourhood. From there, you can quickly and easily access all parts of the city.

Being avid travelers ourselves, we love the experience short term rentals have provided being able to experience life as one of the locals in wherever we're going. We wanted to give the same experience to people visiting our properties and be able to provide the most incredible accommodations to all of our guests.

Currently we are helping homeowners from across the country manage their investment properties / vacation rentals by welcoming guests into their homes through our property management business, Pique Properties. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and handle all the logistical work that goes into managing short term rentals.
