The Space:

Upon entering, you are greeted by spacious spaces and a welcoming atmosphere. The house has been designed with the comfort of large groups in mind, providing the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. The backyard is a place to relax and enjoy special moments outdoors.



With seven rooms, everyone in the group will find their personal space. Each room has been decorated with new furniture, which combines elegance and comfort to ensure a pleasant rest. Plus, the three full bathrooms ensure everyone has privacy and comfort during their stay.



It has a roof garden with a kitchenette, making this space perfect for memorable moments.

Guest Access:

Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy all areas of the house, as it is designed exclusively for their comfort and pleasure. From the spacious backyard to the rooftop garden with a kitchenette, every space is available for guests to explore and make the most of their stay.



All seven bedrooms, along with the three full bathrooms, will be at the guests' disposal, ensuring they feel right at home. Whether they wish to relax quietly or get ready for the day's activities, they can enjoy private and comfortable spaces.



The Neighborhood:

Condesa is one of the safest areas of the city with a lot of security, walking distance to best hotels, delicious, restaurants, bars, cafes and very near to the city center and breathtaking and historical places like La Roma, Polanco, and the Anthropology Museum. In Condesa you can choose to eat on a fancy restaurant or street food. You can drive, walk , use a scooter or rent a bicycle for a week and go wherever you want.



Getting Around:

Uber and DIDI are cheap, safe and always available.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



If you are bringing a car, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with options for 24-hour parking facilities, help you avoid parking on the street, or check whether parking may be available at the house.

Parking a vehicle, whether inside the property or on public streets, is the sole responsibility of the guest. The accommodation assumes no responsibility for theft, damage, or any other incident affecting vehicles or any belongings left inside them.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.



Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
