We have Douglas Preserve, Elings Park, Oak Park, all with in 2 miles. Trails, walking and bike paths from our road to the beach. Bring you bikes.

If you were looking to avoid stairs, our one level home is a great choice. Beautifully located in Hidden Valley next to Hope Ranch, natural light, new windows (very quiet). Always a nice breeze....Pool and hot tub, club house just a walk away.
