Three Bedroom Condominium #412 offers:
• 1300 square feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, and living area with gas fireplace, private balcony, washer/dryer, and queen sleeper sofa.
• The main bedroom has a queen bed. The second and third bedrooms each have bunk beds with a full-size bed on the bottom and twins on top.
• The living space has a sofa (queen sleeper-sofa), large television, and DVD player.
• The full-size kitchen includes utensils, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove top and full oven.
• The condominium has two bathrooms and a washer/dryer.
• The three bedroom accommodates 6 to 8 people.
Savor every moment of your vacation in this spacious and beautiful condominium. Condo #412 puts you on the slopes for winter fun. Hike-in /hike-out jumps to mind too for your favorite summer months. You truly can have it all at this location!
As you enter the large and airy condominium you walk into a bright and open room with beautiful wood floors in the common areas. This area is a perfect zone for all to gather in front of the beautifully tiled gas fireplace. A sofa (queen sleeper-sofa) with matching chair and a cushioned wall bench wall, plus a large television, create the perfect gathering zone (with those in the kitchen able to be a part of the conversion too). This area is perfect for a review of the day’s great activities and telling an occasional tall tale from the day as well! The television is mounted on the wall.
The kitchen and dining are also a part of the open room. The dining table has seats for six and the cushioned wall seats can handle some extras if friends drop in for a bite. There are also a couple extra chairs in the primary bedroom as needed. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and plenty of counter space. Outside is the private balcony.
The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, armoire, television and wooden side chairs. There is a full bathroom at the room entrance. The second and third bedrooms are matching, each featuring bunk beds with full-size beds on the bottom and twins on top. They each have a dresser and mirror.
The condominium also has a second full bathroom and is equipped with a washer/dryer and storage room. There is a bench upon entry that is very helpful for removing ski /snowboard boots or your hiking shoes at the end of the day. There is also space and a rack for ski storage.
It is a short stroll to the Palisades Tahoe Lodge HOA hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), health club, steam room, sauna, seasonal swimming pool and tennis courts. There’s even a ping-pong room for all ages to enjoy!

Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
