Discover serenity in the Galena Territory with this charming chalet surrounded by nature. The house features 3 bedrooms, each with a designated bathroom, along with a powder room. Walking into the open concept house with its large windows and natural light, you will find the main living area, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen, tastefully decorated in a minimalist design to reflect the simplicity and tranquility of the outdoors. The powder room and the master king bedroom suite are also located on the main level.

The lower level consists of a walk-out family room with a pool table and a wet bar, one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and 2 full bathrooms. In addition, each of the 3 bedrooms have a single sofa sleeper available for use that can comfortably accommodate a child or a teen (disclosure: the cushions on the sleeper sofas are on the firm side and no sheets provided).

The house also features a screened porch, a main level deck, a lower level patio and a beautiful stone fire pit outside. You can have your morning coffee on the screened porch and a glass of wine by the fire pit while enjoying your time with family and friends.

As part of your stay, you will also have access to the Ownerā€™s Club facilities with both indoor and outdoor pools, gym, game room and business center.

Things to note: Charcoal for the grill and wood for the firepit are the guests' responsibility. This house comes with 6 keycards to access the Owner's Club ($50 charge per card if lost). Additional daily passes can be purchased at the Owner's Club for $5 each. There is no garbage collection in the Territory. Guests will need to take all trash from the house to the refuse facility. There is a $75 fee if the garbage is not removed at check-out.

Beautiful, updated home

This house was beautifully updated and perfect for us 4 adults. Check in was easy, beds were comfortable and amenities were great! We always enjoy the community pool at the owners club in Galena.

Great Stay in the Territory

This rental worked perfectly for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids). Great set up with the bedrooms and super location. Host was easy to work with and communication was good. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great property!

This property was a great place to stay! Loved having king and/or queen beds in all the bedrooms, plus having attached bathrooms to all the bedrooms. The location was wonderful too. Close to downtown Galena & other nearby towns. Enjoyed the outdoor pool during the warm weather. Saw wild turkeys, deer & enjoyed listening to all the birds while sitting on the screened in porch. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property and a great location

This property is very well maintained, comfortable and in a great location. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and is extremely quiet. It is tucked in to the woods in the Galena territories. It has a screened porch, deck and outdoor activities. If you've not been to Galena before it is a great place for golf, shopping and dining. It is a terrific place for fall colors and it has been named one of America's best small towns. We loved our stay and will return there soon.,

Amazing House and Host

My husband and I stayed at this house with two other couples. The house looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Itā€™s super clean and well equipped. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is wonderful, plus an extra half bath in the main living area. The host responded quickly to all of our inquiries and even helped me get the security deposit back from Vrbo more quickly than typical. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Stay, Perfect Location

The house is huge, it was more than enough room for 6 adults and a baby. The island is perfect for serving charcuterie that you can pick up all the shops in Galena. The kitchen is well appointed to make any meals you need to during your stay. There is a washing machine which was convenient with a baby. The check in process was much simpler than renting through Eagle Ridge Inn but we still enjoyed all the convenience of being on the property. If you are not familiar with the amenities at Eagle Ridge, definitely check out the spa! Between the spa and the general store, you hardly need to leave the premises. The house is very comfortable, Iā€™d definitely stay here again!
