Dear Allison, I'm disappointed to hear that your stay at The Luxx Touch didn't meet your expectations. I'd like to address your concerns: - Our cleaning company thoroughly cleaned the kitchen and flooring prior to your arrival. I've received consistently positive feedback on the cleanliness of my home in the past. - The living room light is controlled by a wireless remote, which was available in the breakfast nook. - I promptly provided additional toiletries upon your request, within 30 minutes. - I regret that you didn't bring these issues to my attention during your stay, allowing me to address them promptly. - The canopy damage was due to recent weather conditions, and a replacement is scheduled to arrive soon. - Regarding the neighborhood, my gated community is a safe and respectable area, with no reported incidents of illegal activity. Kaitlyn requested an early check in which I accommodated her and family. I ensured my cleaning crew did their due diligence to accommodate them. Not sure if the floor was still wet and that's why their feet became dirty. I've never had a complaint of my home not being clean and tidy. Also, this guests complained about the A/C and I expressed I just left the home and NO issues with the air conditioning while I was there previously for 5 days. Also, I advised the guest a new unit was put in 3 months ago. I also, had new guests check in that Saturday at 4:00 pm right after Kaitlyn stayed at the home...and they did NOT complain and they provided a 5 star review on the Airbnb platform. Clearly this guests went out their way to provide a bad review after me accommodating them an early check in at 12 noon instead of 4:00. No appreciation at all in regard to that and free wine available to them as well and water which was Never mentioned. It's unfortunate this guest never provided a positive feedback and only acknowledged how close the Townhome is to the stadium.
