About this space
Enjoy this comfortable, relaxing guest suite with a kitchenette in a desirable and quiet neighborhood in Newark. Close to Downtown and Main St, this is a great base to explore the area and the University. We are less than 3 miles from the University and Main Street. The suite is tastefully furnished in a neighborhood with mature trees. It is totally private, with a separate entrance and a keypad for self check in. Parking is available in the driveway.

The suite has a kitchenette with granite countertops. It has kitchen essentials such as coffee pot, kettle, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Also included are dishes, pans, glasses and utensils.
The granite countertop in the living area can be used as a work space or for dining.
The bedroom has a queen bed. There is a closet with some drawer space for personal items.
Other things to note
We would like you to know there are stairs going up to the guest suite.
