CREDIT CARD FEES. Any credit card fees charged by credit card companies in connection with payments made for the booking, including transaction fees or service charges, are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or modifications.
Parking: Two vehicles in the driveway and one vehicle in the street. This is a smoke-free home, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the premises. A $200 fine will be charged if any smoke odor is detected after check-out.
Please do not disconnect the router or internet connection. If disconnection is detected, we will make a trip to reconnect it at a $75 trip fee.
