The backyard overlooks the city of Reno with views of the eastern mountain range. During the balloon race, you can sit back with coffee and enjoy in your Pjs in the back yard. You can sit out back privately behind the house and enjoy the views, while being right in the city. Whether it’s a beautiful sunrise you want to watch or BBQ with friends and enjoy the back in the evening. The 5 bedroom house means you can relax with family or friends while enjoying the close by sights for all the area has to offer! Downtown Reno is a 5 min drive, Truckee, Tahoe, Carson City and Virginia City are all 30 min away. Uber and Lyft are super easy to take to anywhere with the Reno- Sparks area. The proximity to everything Northern Nevada has to offer is great. Whether you are in town to hit the ski resorts, check out downtown Reno, hike the mountains, ski in Tahoe, take old Western photos in Viginia City, you are just a quick drive from so many great things to do! Or if you live locally and are just looking for a place to have a weekend with friends, this is the spot for you. Plenty of rooms, plus communal space to spend time together. The house is decorated to celebrate Nevada and all it has to offer. The garage has been converted to a game room with foosball, a pong game machine for 4 players, a double basketball hoop shot, large connect 4, and small golf game.

This was an ideal spot for our Thanksgiving gathering! Family-friendly, plenty of kitchen space, large fridge, and there was an extra folding table and chairs to accommodate everyone. We made good use of the game room, walked the trail behind the house, and enjoyed watching the sunrise from the patio.

Great stay would definitely stay again.

Great place for our family. BEAUTIFUL back yard with hiking trails right out the gate. Big enough for everyone and cozy enough to force the kids to hang out with us. They had a blast as we all did would definitely stay again.

Perfect Property for Family

Here for our daughter’s graduation from UNR, and this property was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to have privacy. Plenty of room for a group dinner. Easy to university and ski areas. We will definitely come back!!

Great stay!

We had a great stay in Reno! The house was very spacious and clean. It was well equipped with everything you need for a stay. The beds were comfortable and clean. The patio was a great additional space with a beautiful view of the Reno skyline, and an amazing little nature trail accessible from the back gate. Tabitha was a fantastic host! Very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family space, dogs welcome

Host is great! We were able to have our grandson’s 1st birthday party BBQ. Fenced backyard with a view. Our dogs had a great time. Beautiful evening view of city lights. Thank you Tabitha!

Graduation

We had a great time! Host was helpful and the house had great hangout spot for our older kids in the garage. Plenty of parking. Some of the furnishings need some TLC, you can tell they’ve been used and likely abused by other renters. Our other rental canceled we were thrilled this was available and fit our group! No complaints! Would recommend.

A Great house with plenty of room

This property has so much space! It’s comfortable and clean. We appreciated all the extras that made it even more comfortable with everything we needed. The backyard is relaxing with a view of the canyon and downtown. We hung out all day at the house and it felt almost as if we were home.

Graduation Celebration!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay while in Reno for our sons graduation fron UNR. Very well stocked. Beds were comfy. Backyard roomy and perfect for BBQ. Tabitha was amazing as the host. She was very responsive and helpful. Able to provide extra seating for our family outdoors and helped make our visit a success!

Family friendly home

Great location for our needs: close to downtown as well as parkland/open space. Home is not new but clean with all necessary amenities. Family friendly with plates and cups for the littles, as well as toys, small furniture and board games. Backyard looks towards downtown…great view at night. Initial contact with owner took a few days, but she was very informative with suggestions for our visit and when I had a question during our stay she responded right away.

4 bedrooms have doors

Overall, a good place to stay. From reading the description, I assumed that there would be 5 bedrooms with doors. The "5th bedroom" has no door or privacy and is adjacent to the living room. The only inside access to the garage is also through this bedroom. This created problems for the two people trying to sleep in that room. We were there in the summer, and the A/C unit had trouble cooling the main living area in the heat of the afternoon. There was excellent communication with the owner.

I apologize for any misunderstanding about the bedroom, we have added additional wording to the listing to ensure no future misunderstandings. Upon review of the AC system, someone had set the system to eco mode therefore it was not cooling properly. Since all renters have control of the temperature inside the house, we were not aware that this had happened and could have fixed this if we had been notified during the stay. We urge all renters to let us know of problems during their stay so we could rectify them. We appreciate the feedback and take all comments into serious consideration to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.

Very nice place to stay in Reno. The property was very clean and had all the amenities needed to make some breakfast in the morning or make a meal in the evening.
