The Round House Big River CA

This awesome Round House has been completely renovated and is ready for your river experience. Whether you ride in the desert or cruise the river all day, Big River has it all. Tons of secure parking for cars and trailers alike. Take off in your UTV, Motorcycles or quads right from the house and straight into the desert. A block and a half the other direction and you`re at the public launch and Community Park for Big River.

Three spacious bedrooms with four beds. Comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Large primary bathroom boasts double sinks and a large walk in shower. Middle bathroom includes a bathtub shower combination. Convenient half bath off of the family room.

The entire home is available for your use, including indoor laundry and large patio with barbeque.

The owners have a second home just down the street and will likely be in town to address any questions or challenges. In the event they are not, don`t panic, we have plenty of back up!

This well appointed vacation rental doesn`t miss a beat. High end bedding, towels and toiletries are there for your convenience. We provide trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, spices and so much more. Quality appliances and a fully stocked kitchen is just waiting for you to prepare those special meals. The barbeque will include the propane and will be cleaned and ready to go.

The home has 3 large flatscreen TV`s and the owners pay for YouTubeTV. There are no buffering issues as the house also has Starlink high speed internet service.

We will allow up to 2 dogs if you pay the $75 pet fee. We expect you to be responsible pet owners and pick up after your pets in the yard and keep them off of our furniture.

Please do not move the furniture and do not unplug anything.

The gate may be left open during your stay, please close when you depart.

Smoking and /or large gatherings are not permitted at any time.

There is NO parking on the patio.

Our outside electrical outlets are NOT for plugging in EV`s or RV`s. Do not attempt using them as we may not be readily available to reset the breaker.

We understand the summer`s get hot and we do allow the guest to control the AC, however, it is not to be set lower than 72 degrees at any time.

The security cameras are off during guest stays but can remain on at the guest`s request.
