*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Steps disclosure: This is a 4 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs as there are 4 stories.
*. AC Disclosure: 1 window AC on top floor in the master bedroom. 1 window AC on the 2nd floor in the living room. No AC but only tower fans in other bedrooms.
*. Garage parking: Garage parking is rare in downtown Seattle. However, only a compact size of car could fit in the garage. Big size car can't fit.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Location is great, host was very accommodating to our requests. Only one out of the three rooms has a door to provide privacy, which is on the first level. There is a bed in the same level that is in an open area. Second level is living room/dining room/kitchen, all well appointed. Primary bedroom on the third level does not have a door, primary bath has a transparent glass paneled door, W/D in the primary bedroom closet. Garage probably fits a mid size car, we got a full size rental (BMW-5 series), quite challenging pulling in the garage and unable to close the garage door after parked. The area is safe and we didn’t have any problem leaving garage door open during our stay. Would recommend this place.

Beautiful place, just be sure your other guests are respectful of privacy.
The property is beautiful, and really close to some major attractions in Seattle. The amenities are great and made our stay easy. Just make sure those you're staying with are respectful of boundaries. Only one of the bedrooms has a door, the other uses a movable screen for privacy, while the master bedroom is at the top of the stairs, but with no door.

Queen Anne townhouse
My main concern is a fire code violation. Main bedroom on top floor over kitchen has no window that opens, when window AC was added, window was sealed shut. No door to outside, no door to close off this room. I assume property has not been inspected in awhile. 2 members of my community died in fire in uninspected luxury house rental. We did continue our stay, I did report this to house manager. Otherwise property was fine, needs maintenance such as window shades falling apart and front door exterior light is out.
