With only 200 steps to the beach, this lovely beach house offers a great value for you vacation. A short stroll and your toes can find magic as you walk along the Gulf of Mexico's sugar sand beach.

Our 3 bedroom unit is clean and comfortable. Newly renovated a few years ago, you will find an easy to clean tile floor everywhere, modern kitchen cabinets, appliances, including washer and dryer, and well maintained furniture. The large balcony/porch lets you have a partial view of the gulf while the gentle breezes flows past the wind chimes to make music that soothes the soul.

For sleeping there is a great choice with 1 king bed with a private bath, 1 queen bed and a room with 1 queen and 1 twin bed. Full kitchen stocked with everything a chef needs, dining room, Master bath has a tub, the guest bath has a shower, Free Internet, over the air tv(no cable).

Located on one of America's top rated beach Anna Maria Island.

Windcaller is located a short 1 hour drive from Tampa International Airport, 2 hours from Orlando and 30 minutes from Sarasota Bradenton's Airport.

The central location is perfect for everything. 1 block to a market with the best wine selection on the island. 2 blocks to gourmet dining and the best breakfast on the island. A short walk down the beach is the County beach cafe. A free trolley to pick you up every 20 minutes for most of the day so there is no need to drive.

There is no pool but the Gulf of Mexico is 200 steps away, with the best sunsets.

We do not typically include cable but have air and Internet channels. Cable can be arranged with advance notice.

The building has several year round residents, and some commercial tenants. The other tenants do start the day around 8AM and share the driveway next to the building.
