Welcome to Hearthstone Lodge #201 by 3 Peaks Rentals, a bright Queen Studio in the heart of Sun Peaks Village. Enjoy excellent ski-in/ski-out access from all three mountains, a gas fireplace, efficiency kitchen, building hot tubs and fitness room. Restaurants, shops, and village amenities are just outside your door. Portable air conditioning is provided during summer months.

Location:
- Located in the centre of Sun Peaks Village
- Ski-in: Ski directly to Hearthstone Lodge from all three mountains
- Ski-out: Exit the lodge and ski toward the Sunburst or Sundance Chairlifts, or cross the road to the Morrisey Platter

Living & Sleeping Area:
- Dining table for two
- Gas fireplace

- Primary Bed: Queen Bed (Occupancy: 2)
- Living Area: Queen Sofa Bed (Occupancy: 2)
- Thoughtful extras: All bed and bath linens provided, quality linens and towels, all washed at 60ºc

Bathroom:
- Combination shower + tub, vanity, and toilet
- Thoughtful extras: Shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, and plush bath linens

Kitchen:
- Fully stocked efficiency kitchen with two-burner stove (no oven), full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher
- Cookware and appliances including drip coffee machine, kettle, and toaster
- Thoughtful extras: Coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil, parchment paper, foil, and cling wrap


Bike and Ski Storage:
- Bike and ski racks in the shared storage room (spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis)

Hot Tub & Fitness:
- Access to the building's hot tubs and fitness room

Laundry:
- Shared coin-operated laundry facilities with laundry detergent provided

Parking:
- Access to the building's shared garage on a first-come, first-served basis at an additional cost of $20 per night plus GST

Please note that the patio area is not accessible during summer when the portable air conditioner is installed
