It was a nice view especially when you’re in the hot tub. The whole house was very clean. I also extended my stay because I actually love staying there.

Pros: Good neighborhood, quiet safe area. Interior of home clean and free of any odors. Hot tub was perfect. Neighbor two houses down has chickens and a rooster that gets you up pretty early in the morning.Cons: Propane ran out mid bbq. Swapped out with extra tank to find out that was completely empty too. Had to throw out 80 worth of steaks since couldn’t finish using the grill. Exterior of home very dirty. Hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. A lot of dead insects on exterior walls especially near front entry area. Cob webs and dead insects on window screens. TV in the living room wouldn’t connect to the Internet.TV in one of the bedrooms had to be restarted multiple times to connect to the Internet each time. Host or cleaning crew (not sure) showed up 20 minutes prior to check out and made us feel rushed to vacate the property since they have a schedule to follow.

Alexander was lying. He is worst guest since I have been hosting so many guests over the year. The first night, he checked in I called him and asked if internet was working fine, he told me internet was working fine. He also told me that he was going to call me and told me that house was very clean, nice and has beautiful water view. On 30 March 2026 at 10:55 am, he came out with a suitcase and told me that he did not know what time he was supposed to check out. He told me that he would check out at 11:20 am. He pretended he didn't know the checkout time. He was playing stupid. On 25 March 2026 at 12 pm, I sent him the information of the guideline for house rule through VRBO.COM. I told him the check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 11 am. I also told him the guideline for the house rule was posted on the wall by kitchen. He didn't read it. I didn't rush him out. The reason that I was there is because the maintenance guy was there at 11 am to start power wash the exterior of the house, workshop and carport. My house is lake front home that is why cobwebs were exterior of the house is normal. Sometimes maintenance co power washes of the house to get rid of the cobwebs. He checked out 5 minutes late. I could charge him, but I just let it go and gave him 5-star review. He dirtied the house. He got angry because I didn't give him a 20-minute for an extension. I really don't appreciate that he gave me bad review. I am very upset. Please solve this problem for me ASAP.

OMG a GEM!

Our visit here was very nice. The home is in the perfect spot, so serene. My visit this time was with the kids and grandkids, for a family reunion. My husband and I will definitely be visiting alone next time. Thank you Jasmine! I felt like I was at home.

Wonderful retreat! Exceeded expectations

This home was above and beyond what we had expected. Being right on the lake was beautiful and it felt private from the neighboring homes. The screened-in patio was a great place to hang out and the hot tub was clean and hot! We enjoyed the games available, and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we could have needed. Beds were clean and plenty of towels and blankets available. Nice places to check out nearby. Overall, we had a great few days there!

Water woes

Overall stay was good on monday and tuesday . Sunday was not good because there was no water at the property. The water was cut off to the property. The host contacted a plumber abd water was back on by 10am on monday

4th of July trip..Great..except..

House was very nice and clean fully stocked with everything you may need while being away from your home. The only downside was the neighbors to the left said we were on their dock popping fireworks which we definitely were not nowhere near their property..house to the right was empty and for sale..two male neighbors to the left were out and about early in the morning and late at night making some noise.

Fishing trip

The home was so clean and smelled so fresh the beds were very comfortable we only used two of the bedrooms did not use the bunk beds the finishes in the home were very good bathrooms excellent kitchen excellent I brought with me my own big bath towels and my own Skillet and pot to use in the kitchen but I did not have to all of that was readily available in the home I just chose to use my own the back patio is enclosed screened in very nice area the fire pit area sits on a big cement pad very comfortable and then the fishing was fantastic a few minutes walk to the bank of Richland Chambers Reservoir and you are right in prime fishing area the only thing I would suggest about the property it is dark at the back of the property need some brighter lights shining down to the lake and also it needs some lights in the parking area because you can't drive up to the home or behind the home you can only drive and park in front but there's no lighting there at night in his extremely dark as we were coming and going for my excursions and shopping trips so I suggest putting some spotlights or motion detected lights as we park and walk to the home but overall a fantastic experience we linked into our own streaming services to watch movies good overall very happy and will be using that property again
