The luxury villa is fully equipped and includes four separate lounge areas, a fireplace, lift, private pool and deck area, spacious rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi and a relaxed, sophisticated style throughout the home
It is an ideal house for a group or a large family, offering 6 bedrooms, 6 ensuite bathrooms, 1 WC, a private pool, rooftop jacuzzi, lift and secure parking. One of the bedrooms is part of an independent studio within the house, with its’ own kitchen and bathroom.
This spectacular, modern villa is both spacious and bright, with each level enjoying stunning ocean and mountain views from sunset to sundown. The villa offers generous living space, with to ensure everyone one can get some quiet time. It's ideal for a group or a large family, offering 5 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, 1 guest toilet, as well as a stand-alone 1 bedroom studio with its own kitchen and bathroom.
The villa boasts great entertainment features such as the cleverly designed, wind secluded swimming pool, a terrace for outdoor dining, a BBQ and a roof top jacuzzi with its’ own separate deck for relaxing on. The villa has a secure integrated garage with room for 2 cars and the house is serviced by a lift from the ground to the 3rd floor. There are two ways to enter the house: through the garage or through the front door.
A water filter has been fitted to the primary kitchen and studio kitchen taps so you will have safe clean drinking water available always with no requirement to buy bottled water. The bathroom amenities are from the brand O'Naturell, an eco-conscious brand, specialising in producing body care products that are non-toxic and beneficial to your health, whilst being planet friendly. In addition to this, we use only eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning materials and solutions in the house. This helps to protect our beautiful natural environment and the wellbeing of our staff and guests
One of the bedrooms is part of an independent studio within the house, with its’ own kitchen and bathroom.
The bedroom with the two single beds may also be converted into a King-size bed with a mattress converter upon request at the time of booking.
We can also arrange an on-site chef service, massages at the villa, tours, transport, and babysitting services.
BEDROOMS The bedrooms in the house are as follows: Bedroom 1 – Master – 1 X King sized bed (Extra length) Bedroom 2 – 1 X King size bed (Extra length) Bedroom 3 – 1 X King size bed (Extra length) Bedroom 4 – 1 X Double bed Bedroom 5 – 2 X Single beds Bedroom 6 – Large double volume studio apartment – 1 X Queen size bed
Additionally available: Complimentary high chair and baby cot – available with mattress and mattress cover. An additional single bed is available on request at a cost of R500 per night.
THE STUDIO: The double volume studio is located on the first level and has its own kitchen, ensuite bathroom, a large living room, a lovely double bedroom on the mezzanine level, large floor to ceiling windows leading to a private sun deck. The studio also enjoys its own separate entrance. This stunning, large studio could be ideal for a small family with a baby or a couple who would prefer a little more privacy.
This villa has an A-wing and therefore can be rented out as a 12 bedroomed house (subject to availability).
NO LOADSHEDDING: The villa is equipped with a solar-powered back-up system, as well as a battery back-up system, which together powers the entire house, except for the oven, jacuzzi, lift, in times of loadshedding.

Electricians were sent to the property immediately to address it, and we’re pleased to confirm that the issue has since been resolved. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We were not aware that you preferred no housekeeping, as most guests appreciate having the home maintained to a high standard during their stay.
