Its location is ideal, very close to the center of Jacó, but at the same time quiet enough to rest comfortably. Which is Ideal for short and long stays.

Ciudad del Mar is located in the southern part of Jaco, offering a peaceful residential setting surrounded by tropical greenery while remaining close to everything Jaco has to offer.

Jaco Beach is approximately a 5-minute walk from the community, making it easy to enjoy the ocean, sunsets, surfing, and long walks along the beach.

Downtown Jaco is about 1 km away and offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and local services. You can enjoy everything from traditional Costa Rican food and fresh seafood to international cuisine and casual beachfront dining.

For those looking to explore beyond Jaco, Playa Hermosa is approximately 10 minutes away by car, while Herradura is about 15 minutes away. The area is also a convenient starting point for activities such as surfing, ATV tours, horseback riding, ziplining, fishing, hiking, and boat excursions.

We have included some courtesy items for your first night, such as toilet paper in each bathroom, dish soap and sponge, soaps in each bathroom, salt and some other things that could be useful.

We offer kitchens equipped with everything you need to enjoy your dishes as a family, either to cook or we have some private chef contacts who could pamper you in the comfort of home (*additional cost).

In addition, due to the good location of the place, it is very accessible for delivery services such as uber eats, so you can simply relax.

Pets: We love animals! However, due to condominium regulations, only service animals are allowed. If you're traveling with a service animal, please let us know in advance and be sure to bring the proper documentation, as it will need to be presented to the security guards upon entry.

We would love to be part of your vacation, since our goal is to create unforgettable experiences that ensure guest satisfaction and allow us to continue growing; It is for this reason that we have been guided by some simple rules for the proper maintenance of harmony for all:

✓ Parties are not allowed, this community is a family place.
✓ Smoking is not allowed inside the house (otherwise we will proceed with the additional charge of furniture cleaning and odor removal fees, since we always try to deliver the house to our guests in the best conditions)
✓ The entry into the community of company ladies or activities related to prostitution is not allowed.
✓ Pets are not suitable for this house: we know that they are part of the family, however our home is not suitable to host them and they could be stressed, in addition, due to condominium regulations they are not allowed in common areas.
✓ The gym is for the exclusive use of resident owners.
✓ The departure is at 11 am: we ask you to please be very punctual in this, since the health and well-being of our guests is of the utmost importance, which is why we carry out an exhaustive cleaning of all the houses with each departure, in order to try to guarantee a completely clean space.
✓ Being a condominium there are some basic rules of coexistence, so a maximum of X people per house are allowed to enter the condominium, prior registration of the same (full name and identification number required).

The community of Ciudad del Mar is really beautiful, however, keep in mind that being a new place, there are still constructions in progress in some parts, so it is possible that during the day you can hear sounds caused by them. Even so, the beauty of the condominium and the excellent location are superior.

A car is not required to enjoy Jaco, as the beach, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and downtown area are all relatively close to the property.

Jaco can be explored on foot, by bicycle, taxi, or local transportation. Taxis are readily available in the area, and transportation can also be arranged through local providers.

Public buses connect Jaco with San Jose and other destinations along Costa Rica's Central Pacific coast. The main bus terminal in downtown Jaco is approximately 1 km from the property.

For guests who want to explore the surrounding beaches and attractions, renting a car is recommended, we can help you with the reservation. This makes it easy to visit Playa Hermosa, Herradura, Esterillos, Bejuco, and other destinations along the coast.

Private airport transportation and shuttle services can also be arranged through third-party providers. Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) is approximately 90 km away, usually a 1.5–2 hour drive depending on traffic.
