Updates: The home is currently undergoing a few exterior and interior updates and may look aesthetically different (but better!) than the current posted photos.

Also, VRBO recently changed their fee structure-shifting the service fee from guests to hosts. We have had to to adjust our nightly rates accordingly to account for this big change. It is not an increase from us. It is simply how this platform is now collecting the service fees.

PARKING: 5-6 parking spaces for vehicles/boats/trailers. No on-street parking allowed. Boat dock canal parking for up to 37ft. Boats in water must park in canal.
WILDLIFE & BUGS: Wildlife can be expected when surrounded by water and the preserved wetlands. Bordering the St. John Wildlife Refuge may bring birds, ducks, swans, beavers, all types of fish, and more. Fish flies (may flies) may be present for a couple weeks during the summer months.
FAQ: Free WiFi. Free propane for grill. Bring your streaming service log-ins for smart TVs. Linens/towels/blankets provided. No fireworks. Bring your own boat lines/bumpers/life jackets/beach towels/floaties. No access to inside of garage. No sidewalks on this road. Garage and canal boat docking are located directly across the road.
ACCESSIBILITY: This property requires 3 steps to access interior of home, 2 steps to get to second living space, and a staircase to access 4th bedroom.

*Please enjoy the peace and tranquility of the lake by adhering to the city quiet time noise ordinance from 11:00pm-7am.
*No smoking/vaping of any kind inside the home
*No pets
*No use of wood burning fireplace.
*No fireworks
*Vehicles/boats/trailers must be parked in the home or garage driveway. 5-6 vehicle limit. Please inquire for sizing if bringing boat/trailer. No on-street parking allowed. No parking in neighbors driveways or canal docks, or on the home walkway.
*No tampering with the wifi, security cameras or security hub.
*Excessively dirty homes may be charged an additional fee.
*Swim at your own risk. No Diving - shallow water
*If breaking any of the home rules results in future booking delays/cancellations, guests may be held responsible for incurred costs.

Your safety & privacy matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 camera on roadside of home facing the driveway and garage, 1 camera (ring doorbell style) located by side door #1 facing out, 1 camera (ring doorbell style) at side door #2 facing out, 1 camera on the lakeside front of home facing out towards lake. These cameras record video and audio. There are NO cameras facing interior spaces or recording interior video/audio.
