Our beautiful estate has five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, formal dining room, large kitchen, additional dining area off the kitchen, dedicated work space, pool and spa with cascading waterfalls. Full wet bar with wine refrigerator and a poker table. Game room with foosball, air hockey, TV and mini refrigerator. Outdoor dining table for 8, several couches and chairs on the patio overlooking the pool. Our spacious two story home is over 3,000 sq ft. The outdoor area is the highlight of this home! The expansive backyard with dozens of oak trees leaves you feeling like you are in your own private oasis. The inviting pool has a rock waterfall, heated spa, outdoor sofa, chairs, table, chaise lounge chairs and two large umbrellas. In addition to the pool furniture we have a large outdoor dining table that seats 8 and an outdoor sofa, coffee table and two chairs, spider swing, Tommy Bahama 100 qt stainless steel cooler with rolling wheels and a large stainless steel propane grill. The pool is completely gated for your children's safety. The pool is not heated.

There are five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The first floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two guest rooms and a full bathroom that is shared between the two guest rooms. On the second floor there are two additional guest rooms both with ensuite bathrooms and queen size beds. We spared no expense on our luxury mattresses. We understand how important it is for a great nights sleep during your vacation.

The mater bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, flat screen smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower, dual sinks, large oval garden tub and walk in closet.

Guest room #1 on the first floor has a queen size bed, closet, ceiling fan and a flat screen smart TV.

Guest room #2 on the first floor has a leather sofa that pulls out to a sofa sleeper with a flat screen smart TV and ceiling fan. Sliding glass door with a private patio. This room is accessed through guest room #1.

Guest room #3 on the second floor has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, walk in closet and a ensuite full bathroom with a walk in shower.

Guest room #4 on the second floor has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, walk in closet and a ensuite full bathroom with a walk in closet.

The well equipped kitchen has high end stainless steel appliances. Appliance include double ovens, convection oven, glass cook top, dishwasher, trash compactor and a double door refrigerator with ice maker and bar seating for two. Dinner service for twelve includes, dinner ware, drinking glasses, wine glasses, cooking utensils, slow cooker, blender, toaster oven, pots and pans, mixing bowls and coffee station. Our coffee station has a dual drip or pod option, filters, coffee bean grinder, sugar, powdered creamer and coffee grounds.

The large living room is bright and spacious with large windows and a sliding glass doors leading directly out to the pool and spa. There is a large 75" flat screen smart television, stone fireplace, comfortable sofa and two leather chairs. For your entertainment, we offer a reversible poker table and a wet bar with a sink.

For the kids and the kids at heart the game room has a flat screen smart television, foosball, air hockey, cornhole, board games and a bar height table with six chairs.

The formal dining room has a very large dining room table that seats 8.

The kitchen has a breakfast nook with a bar height table and four swivel seats.

There is a dedicated work space with beautiful views. A large built in desk with drawers and a comfortable chair for your convenience.

Laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer.

The home has a water purifier and water softer.

Surrounding acreage allows you to immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the natural surroundings, observe wildlife and the peacefulness of nature.
