This home away from home is located in a lovely neighborhood with its own playground park for kids and paved jogging/walking trails. You will be within walking distance of a great coffee shop, grocery stores, Thai, Mediterranean, Brazilian, and American restaurants, and within a mile of Quatama Light Rail Station. Some must-visit attractions include Whispering Woods Natural Area, Orenco Woods Nature Park, Reedville Creek Park, Orchard Disc Golf Park, Magnolia Meadows Park, Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, and Wildwood Golf Course.

Upon entering this charming home, you will discover a brightly decorated open floor plan. Make yourself at home and spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room, which boasts a gas fireplace and a Roku smart TV (log in using your own accounts). This is a great spot to unwind and catch up on your favorite series! When mealtime comes, prepare a delicious homemade meal in the well-appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Sliding glass doors lead you to the enclosed back patio where a gas grill can be found.

The second floor houses all three bedrooms and an open office-like area with a working desk perfect for working remotely. Additional perks include a second working desk in one of the bedrooms, a washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
