Pull up to your private acre for your stay to find an Outdoor oasis with a 60’x30’ covered carport that contains an outdoor patio set up, fireplace, Hot Tub, outside bar, grill, ping pong, darts, lawn games, 50” smart TV, all surrounded by string lights, privacy, and 80" industrial ceiling fans if needed. It is a welcomed relaxing Oasis of fun.

Just around the corner you will find another outdoor area with wood burning fire pit (Solo Stove) with complementary firewood and plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax by the fire. The backyard opens up to an acre of private land where you will see deer every evening come to feed and explore.

Head on inside the home to find a completely set up kitchen focusing on the fully stocked coffee corner. Smart TVs throughout. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge dining room with a 90” dining table, two large mural walls for photos ops, a cozy mid-century modern den with a speakeasy musical theme. Go ahead grab one the guitars off the wall and strum a song. Get a friend to pick up the mandolin or cajon and start a small band. Afterall, you are in Music City.

The Immersive Live Music Photography on the walls was all taken by the Nashville-based owner, who has been a photographer to many of your favorite Music Icons. Guest can get exclusive content viewings if interested.

Wake up slowly. You will want to grab your first mug of morning coffee and head outside to one of the many areas to enjoy the sun and fresh air – keep an eye out for deer grazing in the backyard too. Enjoy the serenity and private quiet back yard. Exactly what you need to recharge after a late night of Honky Tonking… Yeehaw.

All bedrooms are on the 1st floor main living. Enjoy a restful night sleep on the Luxury Casper mattresses also found in High-end Hilton Brands. Each room is equipped with sound machines. Bedroom one includes ensuite bathroom with tiled steam shower upgrade. A second King bedroom with 2 closets and plenty of daylight windows also offers Daybed with trundle and a 12-inch Memory foam luxury mattress. A 3rd bedroom holds 2 Queen beds and is across hallway from main bathroom. The 4th bedroom holds a Double/twin Bunk Bed and is located off the den on the other side of house perfect for anyone who wants to hit the hay earlier.

You’ll be spending as much time as you can in the HUGE oversized covered carport transformed into a full patio outdoor oasis. Oversized 6-person Hot Tub with 55 jets, TV, Outside Bar, Fireplace, Patio, Games, Frisbee, Cornhole, Darts, you name it!

Bad weather? No worries – it's fully covered.

Later on, you can head over to the picturesque firepit and stargaze while your dinner sizzles on the 4-burner grill (propane included). Perfection!
