Wake up to beautiful Atlantic Ocean views from the private balcony of our oceanfront Miami Beach condo. Located directly on Collins Avenue, this comfortable two-bedroom retreat features a king bed, two twin beds, and a queen sofa bed—perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Enjoy morning coffee, a casual meal, or evening wine on the balcony while listening to the sound of the waves and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The condo is bright, welcoming, and decorated in a relaxed coastal style that reflects the beauty of the beach and creates a warm home-away-from-home atmosphere.

The building itself is a Miami Beach classic designed by renowned architect Morris Lapidus, whose work helped define the iconic style of Miami Beach. Guests are welcomed through a grand Art-Deco-inspired lobby, reflecting the glamour of the era. The property offers direct beach access and a prime oceanfront location on Collins Avenue, just minutes from South Beach, Bal Harbour, restaurants, and shopping.

My husband and I have owned this special condo since 2001, and it has always been our little paradise and home away from home. We live in Austin, Texas, where I have worked as a real estate professional for over 20 years, and we truly enjoy welcoming guests and making sure they feel comfortable during their stay.

Great location

Condo is in a great location walk everywhere on Collins Ave. Very clean, great supplies of extra towels, beach towels etc. Great gym, beach w/ chairs umbrellas etc. We knew the pool was being replaced and not available when we booked, they were working on it each weekday. Mariella was a great host we would definitely go back!

Ultimate Miami Experience

My friend and I stayed here for a month and it was even better than described online. Even with the pool under renovation, it was a great experience with everything we needed and more. A nice gym, beach access with chairs, walkable/safe beach path, and a 10 min drive from everything Miami has to offer made it perfect. Mariella was extremely responsive and took care of anything we needed very quickly. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

Holiday on the Beach

Great private condo building facing the pool and beach. Very clean and tidy condo unit with 2 bedrooms on a lower level with easy in and out access. Happy family with 2 kids enjoying the facilities each year. Shops and entertainment near by.

OMG!!! I had the absolute best time staying at this location and the host was simply AMAZING!! She made sure that I had all that was needed to make this condo my home away from home. She checked on me and answered all questions that I had. The condo is lovely and has a beautiful view of the ocean. There is assigned parking that made it easy to get in and out. For those who work remote, there is a small office space that provides privacy for meetings. And there is a Tiki Bar that has really REALLY good food!! The staff there are outstanding, they will deliver your food to your condo or to the beach. They truly make you feel like family when you spend time with them. I spend a lot of time in Miami and hands down; this was the best experience I have had. The neighbors are super friendly. There is a really nice gym and a small store that proved to be helpful a few times during my stay. Lastly, for the sunrise lovers, this unit has an amazing view of the sunrise on the Atlantic. I recommend this unit 100%!!! Thank you, Mariella, for making my stay unforgettable!!

As soon as we stepped into the condo and saw the ocean we were in love....Mariella the owner was a super host and treated us with white glove. It has all the essentials in the kitchen and decorated nicely to make you feel warm and fuzzy. Great building where we used the gym and parked our car in the reserved spot. Overall we were very impressed with the unit and our 2 month stay that we cant wait to revisit.

Great place !

We really enjoy our stay at this place ! The location is the best ! It’s literally 10 min to get to Ocean drive ! The ocean is right there so you don’t have to waste time driving or walking to it ! The people in the building were super friendly ! And about the owner Mariella- she was the best ! She helped up with the deliveries and orders from the week before we arrive ! We came with a little baby so she even bought the crib for her ! Very great to deal with people like her ! Thank you

Highly Recommend!

You can't go wrong by renting this condo. The host, Mariella, is pleasant to speak with, responsive and returns calls and texts immediately. We had 1 or 2 issues that were caused by outside circumstances and she addressed and resolved them promptly. The location is excellent and the view from the balcony is everything you can ask for. The pictures online are accurate showing the view of the boardwalk, beach and ocean. Lovely! We also found that the building staff were very friendly. We made an effort to say hello and be pleasant and they always responded in kind. What more can you ask for.

A Nightmare Stay far Away

I booked this apartment for the month of August and encountered problems the entire time I was there. Upon arrival I noticed the middle slat in the blinds was missing. The unit faces the pool and the beach so there was no privacy. The dishwasher door was practically falling off and the refrigerator door would not stay closed. Obviously the owner had not made sure that the apartment was properly taken care of. Her comment was I'm planning on updating the kitchen so the next time you stay everything will be fine. Blinds took over two weeks to fix and I had to personally coordinate the repair. The owner lives in Texas. Day three air conditioners began to malfunction. Owner told me there was nothing wrong and I must have done something to break them. For three weeks I was in contact with her as they were checked and in the end the condenser was broken and had to be replaced. No apology from the owner for accusing me. Day five constant construction noise begins Non stop jack hammers outside the wall. After one week owner refunded money and suggested I find another place to stay. SO she was trying to throw me and my 14 year old son out for complaining about her property. After the first week the air conditioner completely broke down for a few days and we couldn't sleep in the heat. Construction noise got worse and then the dishwasher flooded the kitchen floor. Blinds still had not been fixed. At that point I put the balance of the amount she charged me into dispute and told her I would sort it out at the end of the month. We agreed on a new fee which I paid but then discovered that she has overcharged me so that was reversed and I ended up settling on an amount with her which I paid upon returning home. A month later my credit card reversed the large amount I had put into dispute but the owner was saying I was not entitled to it. I had assumed that the disputed amount was refunded to me and that is why I paid an additional amount when I retuned. I tried to contact the owner to ask why she was telling HomeAway I was not entitle to the disputed amount since I had paid the amount we agreed upon when I returned home. She did not respond to my emails or texts as to why she was keeping the extra amount I paid when I returned home. This owner is an extremely dishonest person so be very careful when dealing with her. To even think that an owner would accuse someone of breaking something without investigating first is unimaginable to me.

To call it a "nightmare" would be an understatement but let’s leave it at that! It used to be that when I thought of bullies I generally thought of young kids, middle and/or high school teens being horribly mean to each other! I always expected adults to be the big, mature people and to behave in an adult-like/civilized manner. To slander, bully and threaten other adults, in any form or shape is simply horrible! What a wake up call was in store for me!! Still dealing with it!!

5 weeks in Miami

We were in Miami for 5 weeks as my daughter was attending the Miami City Ballet summer intensive. We stayed at this property based on the short distance from the ballet. The property was well maintained, the view was incredible, and it's a short drive to South Beach. I would definitely recommend this property and I really miss that view.

Wonderful rental from Mariella

Mariella’s apartment is a beautiful and thoughtfully furnished abode including tasteful artwork and furnishings. Mariella is the quintessential rentor interested in making sure her tenants are continually satisfied with everything and enjoying their stay. She is always available and on top of things that may need tweaking. We look forward to continue renting from her for our snowbird getaways from the frigid north.

Outstanding Vacation Property

We recently stayed at Mariella's property in Miami Beach (07 Dec to 02 Jan). There were no surprises and everything was as pictured/promised. Mariella is very responsive and all of our correspondence was quick and pleasant. Whether we needed information about the building or help with a package we were waiting to be delivered, we never waited more than a few moments for a response. The view when you walk through the door and from the balcony is breathtaking. The condo was clean, there were plenty of fresh linens and everything was ready on time prior to our arrival. No need for anyone to come back or for us to wait around. There is plenty of closet/drawer space in the condo and the beds in each bedroom were comfortable. The furniture in the living, dining room and balcony was all in good shape and there beach chairs available for each of us in the hall closet. The kitchen cupboards can use an update, but the appliances are great and had plenty of silverware, china and pots/pans and the bathrooms had basic toiletries to get us started. The building location is great. Short commute to South Beach on the trolley, great access to the boardwalk and the valet of the building really is helpful when needed. The building is safe/secure as can be expected and has a very reasonably-priced convenience store, ATM and hairdresser on premises. The lobby is recently renovated and the other amenities like the gym are in very good order. The pool is fantastic, the change rooms next to it are also recently renovated and the Tiki Bar by the pool is also very reasonably priced. The pool-side and beachfront staff are very attentive ensuring you always have somewhere to sit or an umbrella if you need it (small tips are welcome). The beach access is great and the beach itself is top notch. The elevators (three in total on this side of the building) we found to be very speedy and not too much congestion in other common areas like the laundry rooms. The parking spot and access to the garage were also quite easy to make use of. Great property, great owner and great vacation.

Gem of Miami Beach

This was an excellent temporary relocation property perfect for our young family. Mariella is a lovely host and accommodated our needs , she made sure she had our favorite cable channels,The check in process was smooth George at the front desk was very personable and helpful. You are given two keys and a laundry card. The Unit had more than enough towels and linens. The laundry room is card operated and next door to the unit. The pool and beach is in the view of the property and can be seen from every room in the unit. The Gym is well equipped, and the convenience store had the basic things you.need. The building is secure and has guards patrolling all the time and it’s very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool area and was nice to have direct beach access from the property. It’s a family oriented building with permanent residents and so it’s not uncommon to see Birthday or family parties at the pool area There was three days of construction work in the unit above but after that it was peaceful and pleasant. We found the guy at the packaging room and the evening / night time front desk not to be friendly and never smiled. Other than that, excellent stay and would recommend this unit and the lovely host Mariella.

Fantastic! Great building, apartment, & views!

Our family, two adults and two teenage children, had a fantastic stay at this Miami Beach, oceanfront apartment! The building is terrific. It has everything you could need including, a large pool, large pool deck area with tiki bar, beach chair service, a gym, laundry facilities, and even a mini mart. It’s a well-maintained, beautiful building. The apartment itself was the perfect size for the four of us, with a large master bedroom with en suite bath. The second bedroom was a good size and the kids shared it with no issues. They had their own bathroom as well. The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, and also well maintained. It’s also well equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, and even some toys for playing in the sand. The most striking thing about this unit, however, is the view! There are WONDERFUL ocean views from both bedrooms and the living area, and of course, from the balcony! We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in this condo. The building is safe and well maintained. The convenience store in the building was a big plus. Nice pool and easy walk to the beach. This condo has an ocean view from all the bedrooms, living room and balcony. Kitchen could use a little updating but it worked for us. I had asked for a bed side alarm clock to see at night and the owner, Mariella shipped a new one in two days. She also checked on us to see how we were doing. Mariella responds to email quickly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this condo.

A fabulous two bedroom both with en-suites, separated by an open plan living/dining room. A balcony for alfresco dining with magnificent beach front views. The owners take great care and pride in this spotless condo. We have thoroughly enjoyed this home away from home!

A true paradise !

Mariella's apartment is elegantly decorated and immaculately clean! My family and I have stayed here the past four years and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The balcony view is amazing , the location is perfect, the amenities fabulous and the staff is amazingly attentive. Mariella is incredibly helpful and extremely accommodating going out of her way to ensure her guests are comfortable and enjoying the relaxation the apartment offers. I look forward to our stay every year and can't imagine staying anywhere else. The apartment absolutely feels like a Home away from Home! Thank you for sharing your apartment with us Mariella!

Un paraiso en la tierra.-

Estuvimos en Septiembre/Octubre/11 en el departamento con mi familia y, realmente, fue espectacular. Muy limpio, prolijo, con una vista fantástica y una distribución aún mejor. El departamento es excelente y el edificio por comodidades, ubicación y zona, aún mejor.- A su vez, Mariella, siempre esta dispuesta a ayudar a uno con tal que tenga una buena estadia. Realmente, lo disfrutamos mucho.- Como ella dice, es un paraíso en la tierra.- Sin lugar a dudas, vamos a volver!!!! Les recomiendo la propiedad, especialmente, para familia con chicos y/o gente mayor. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y relajante.-
